A way to manage when services are charged differently. Managers need quick and visible way to see pricing exceptions
Sometimes staff will manually adust prices rather than apply a discount or an offer. It would be instrumental in analytics if there was a UI element that showed upon glance at a calendar view which checked out appts had any form of discount/offer/adjustment for a couple reasons:
When a service price should be updated to reflect what we are charging instead
When a staff member is discounting improperly or not to SOP
When a staff member is violating pricing agreements
When some issue occurred and a manager should follow up with staff on whether something poor with the service occurred and should be followed up on
At current the only way to do this is either to inspect individual orders, or skim a report to find these. Not sure what would be the perfect display of such, but perhaps a "sale" icon for anything that was charged less than the default value or some color indication.
