The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.

Ability to include/exclude specific stylist/therapists etc for discounts
When the business creates a discount,the business should be able to include/exclude specific participants (i.e senior stylists or therapists). This is helpful when newer staff needs more support in booking and we can drum up business with a pop-up discount.

Accurate Inventory Reports
Accurate Inventory Reporting.
I find it completly unprofessional of Boulevard to not offer report that shows inventory on past dates and ranges. This is a critical part of auditing a business and financial tracking. This needs to addressed.2 votes -
Treatment notes transferring to new form
When pulling up a new form for charting on a returning client, it would be nice to see the last treatment note from the previous appointment. Instead of having to go out of the chart and into the last treatment date forms. It could show up as an uneditable greyed out note under the treatment notes box.

make it possible to empty cart.
Once services have been added to the cart, there seems to be no way to delete previously selected service. Using the back button brings me back, but when I move forward, the original service is still there.

Allow gratuity on all services and products as a single total rather than individual services and/or service providers.

Create a report that shows if we've sold zero of any retail products.
We need a report to show if there are any products in the inventory that we have sold none of. A product sales report only shows items that have sold at least 1. This is not helpful to see if anything has not moved at all.

During the checkout process when adding additional service it should NOT add more time we are literally checking client out which means they are leaving the office. This messes up the schedule utilization and often makes it look like clients have been in office for hours when in reality they are not

please dont do updates in middle of working days. We can' t check out our clients during thosewhile those are
schedule updates to run in middle of night for each specific time zone.

Allow a note on gift card purchases
Allow an internal note function for gift card purchases so that gift cards given for a donation to a non-profit or local fundraiser can be tracked even if the business doesn't know the end recipient. I donate to local orgs all the time and have no way of tracking which gift card number corresponds to a given fundraiser at the moment.

Schedule Rules Per Provider
This is critical as we have independent contractors and hourly employees and our hourly employees have the capabilities to accept walk ins/last minute booking however our contractors need lead times in order to make it into the salon if they are not here already, we need to be able to completely customize these options per employee profile or we run the risk of loosing business by setting lead times out so far or a client booking with not enough time for them to get here.

Rent Collection Profile
As a business owner it is critical for a lot of us who have booth renters or room renters to be able to properly collect rent. Having a separate spot to be able to collect daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly options and be able to set it to autopay on set dates. We need to be able to run reports for this information as well to properly track for our taxes as well as provide this report to our renters for their taxes.

middle initial to link and show up on Client profile
The middle initial from the forms does not link or show up on the client profile so clients with same name can get confused easily. The only way for it to show on the client profile is to add it to the first name field.

Facial Mark-Up- Updates!
When marking up a face sheet- allow the patient name to be viewable when the image is selected.
Update dot sizes, the pencil size is really too small for average facial markup and the one with units attached is the perfect size (but the units all over is too distracting) remove the units!

Targeted booking within Boulevard for stylist that are building a clientele.
Having the ability to push more new clients to book with specific stylists on Boulevard, you could implement a targeted booking within the software based on percentages to increase a specific stylist's new clientele.

Create report categories that shows percentage such as retail to service %, returning clients %, new client %, returning client %.
