  1. Please allow us to have 'effective' dates that are editable for service commission overrides like you can for standard commission rates set in the 'Compensation' tab.

  2. Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.

  3. We run nationwide promos that are extremely hard to do because we have to go into each location and enable the service for every esthetician and then also go set the commission for each esthetician. Being able to set this at a company level would be incredible.

The problem with existing appointment reminders in Boulevard right now, is that, they come with a "request to confirm", and if clients forget to confirm, business has to call them as we cannot automatically remove them from the schedule. This creates more burden and manual workload for business, unnecessarily.

    All I want is to send the "APPOINTMENT REMINDER" alone! however it is not possible with current set up.

    Given that clients are already required to provide their credit card information and agree to pay late cancelation and no show fees, it is implicit that they will be held accountable if…

  8. If we have a cancellation day of or day before and have a huge gap, it would be awesome to have a text go out to the later appointments offering earlier times. They can opt in and move up or indicate they need the original time.

    Ex. Hi Client, an earlier time is now available with your stylist today. If you would like to adjust your scheduled time, please choose from the options below. If you'd like to stay at your original time slot, reply "NO"

  9. When adding items to a purchase order by SKU, the cursor focus leaves the product search line after each product is scanned. It would be more helpful if it stayed on that line to scan multiple products in a row without having to click on the line each time.

  11. The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

  18. Currently if you need to remove a form that isn't needed from an appointment, you have to 'complete it offline' and then 'archive' it. Is there any way we can add a 'remove' option for if the form isn't needed?

  20. Phone numbers in client profiles no longer have parenthesis and dashes. It is very hard to parse when dialing the phone.

    Old format (937) 837-3755 (don’t dial this, I’m not sure whose number it is, but it is a great example to use here)
    New format 9378373755
