Date of appointment missing from cancellation text notification
We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

b. The goal is for the front-end to be seamless for Front Desk and Client, one ticket, one credit card swipe.

Being able to unlink clients
When a client books 5 appointments under one persons name, it would be very helpful to be able to unlink those in one easy button so they can pay separate.

Product adjustment / shrinkage report
With our past software(s), there is usually a place to enter in the actual count during the physical month end inventory, record and print.
The report would reflect:- on hand inventory count prior to the updates
- count currently being updated to
- count difference
- cost value of products being adjusted (whether under or over)
- ability to print/save report

closing multiple text conversations at a time
being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

The name pop up when you hover over it
We have a lot of staff members and I can only see the first letter of the name. I would like to see the whole alias name when I hover it. Now, I have to click view profile to see who I am choosing. We have a lot of staff members with the same first initial

Make it possible for overseas clients to use for online booking.
Overseas clients, for example those with UK credit cards are unable to book online as the system now requires a US zip code. Is there a way to make credit card submission accessible to cardholders outside the United States?? This is way too limiting. Also, if a client refuses to give their zip code, i've found that any zip code added to the card information still allows entry into boulevard, and processes fine. I'm certain the added zip code feature is for added security, but does need fine tuning. Thank you

Stand alone tip option
Can there be an option for clients to give a tip with cc after they have paid for services. Sometimes they forget to give a tip after they have paid for service.

Ability to move pop-up windows in the browser
There are a few pop-up windows that will block pieces of information that might be needed when adding notes. Examples of windows that would be nice to move are clicking on an appointment, creating a block, and canceling an appointment.

Allow Number of items at checkout for services.
In our salon- we charge extra for added bowls of color, we also charge for extensions by the number of extension pieces used. It would be amazing if you could select the service once in the checkout screen and then be able to select the number of items and it would charge accordingly. For example, we would add an additional bowl of color to the checkout screen, which we charge $15 for.. but say the stylist used 3 extra bowls. You could select quantity of 3 from a drop down and it would adjust the price to $45.

Standing appointment management/notifications
There is zero proactive visibility or reporting on when repeating appts expire which creates a nightmare when they expire last minute. If you ever had to stand in front of a very loyal client and try to explain why you don't have an appt for them that day and someone jumped in and took they're standing appt time, you would understand why this is necessary.

stay on the date you are looking at when toggling between locations
Blvd reverts back to today's date when you switch between locations but it would be very helpful if it stayed on the date that you were looking at since we're trying to find an appointment at either location for a specific day

Whenever clients book appointments for multiple guests, it seems to cause a muck of new clients...
...that don't have phone numbers that are redundant with other client profiles. This is a runaway issue. Some fix to this is very much needed!
Not sure what the best solution would be but some type of "parent" or "primary" account status could be granted. These accounts could be linked with other profiles and have freedom to book appointments for them and those accounts would have access to use the primary account's payment types as their own defaults. The caveat would be we would be placing the organizational work on either the clients or the business. Another option would be…

Number of total appointments
It would be helpful on the calendar tab, just to the right of the date to have number of appointments (total) for the day.

Add-ons should allow for custom timing - currently all add-ons HAVE to be 5min in duration
It is inane that in the set-up of add-ons there is a field to indicate the duration of said add-on service but yet we are not allowed to make anything longer than 5min
