"We'll automatically message clients who haven’t visited in the last 30 days and don't have an upcoming appointment 7 days before the available spot." Ability to change the date range from 30 days to any desired date.

Show balance/change information after checkout is complete
It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

Shorter Booking Links for SMS
The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

Reordering of Addons and service modifies in the booking flow
While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

Keep the original membership date despite charge date!
Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

Revise Email Receipt so Request for Review is visible within a mobile screen
I agree with others that we should have the option to text the receipt but more importantly that the prompt to leave a review should be visible within their mobile screen. Clients see that it is simply a receipt and do not scroll to the bottom to see that they are being asked to leave a review. We would greatly appreciate this so we do not have to keep verbally giving these instructions and come across as desperate for reviews!

Currently, directions, email, and call are available as quick links on the Appointment Details provided to the client when booking and via the Portal. If we are using the integrated messaging system with Boulevard it would be nice to offer TEXT as a contact method.

Track down with in reports
Example if im looking at service sales. I see a transaction i want to look more into I want to be able to click that transaction and it then show me what its connected to client, service and payment method

I suggest you create a way to send Forms to Duo Tablet for guests when they check in. . We check them in verbally to help w/spa guidance.
We check guests in verbally as we have multiple guests coming in at the same time. Prevents a line from forming. We also guide our guests through the experience instead. If there was a button that we could click to send the form when needed instead of them having to check in via tablet.

Option/setting to email business a CC of all outgoing client emails
Would like a feature setting to enable emails to be turned on for the business (one main business email contact similar to the email found in the MANAGE location tab> Details section) for all client appointments booked, reminders, and cancellations
