Our clients come every 4, 5 or 6 months. We would like to be able to customize the rebooking tabs at checkout to fit our business.

For staff that work in 2 locations, show the appointments on both calendars
So the staff member isn't constantly toggling, they can see all their appointments in one location

Creating POs
Under the manage tab in products, I wish there was a check box next to each product where you could select products line by line and have a button to select that would create a PO from there. This is much faster than creating POs brand by brand. When I'm in the products section, I can sort by quantity and quickly get an idea of all products that need re-ordering instead of creating a PO brand by brand. If we only used a few brands this wouldn't be an issue but we have over 30 brands so creating POs is…

Reports around new client revenue and future revenue
Some salons pay different commission for new clients that request a stylist vs new clients the salon assigns to them. Also, some salons want to see how many people are on the books for that day with vouchers so they can get a better estimate of projected revenue that day.

Add multiple clients to one ticket.
We service a lot of families, with multiple family members getting services on the same day. It'd help our records be clearer if we could add multiple appointments/people to one ticket at check out instead of checking them out under one name. Either the reporting with how many appointments/services we do is off, or the client history is off and doesn't show who got a haircut with which service provider.

Text notifications with service description
When an employee receives a notification of a new appointment booking, it should read what appointment it is so the employee knows the service and can prepare for it

Remove "(Optional)" next to the create a password/account when purchasing Package+Memberships.
They should be required to make an account when purchasing a package and makes the booking process way more streamlined, It also would make it one step shorter by cutting out the process of re-adding card info when creating an account after purchasing a package separately.

Tickler system
Some way have a log for clients that records outgoing calls towards cancelations, rescheduling, and gift card balance reminders. A "tickler system" similar to medical or attorney offices that sets up reminders to call out to clients.

Bulk action to Deactivate all gift cards with zero balance
A bulk action to deactivate all gift cards with zero balance would be a great help to clean up the database and reports for gift cards.
Bonus points for a tool that will bulk deactivate gift cards that were sold prior to a certain date (due to expiration)

Jotform and BLVD
I would love to have full integration with Jotform and BLVD. I have a beautiful new client form I created on Jotform, and there is no way to link it to client profiles. BLVD integrated forms do not allow for any special/fancy/cute formatting, and do not allow clients to upload photos.

Add a service to an order without adding it to the calendar.
So silly that you can't add a service to an order without adding it to the calendar. This would help us a TON with ringing up memberships.

Due to Monkeypox spreading kind of rampantly across our clients as they are testing positive...
...could we get some additional precautions added to the appt confirmation messages to include a couple more symptoms than the COVID preamble such as fever, sores, swollen lymph nodes. We have already had 12 clients cancel appts due to state mandated isolation requests.

Option to make certain products like packages and subscriptions to be sold online ONLY
Many of these have extra terms and it would be best if businesses could force that we have the client's total information and a functioning payment method on file, which would be guaranteed by shifting sale of these items to online only.

Add button to copy client appointment to waitlist(that would copy appointment details to waitlist) while setting up appointment with client
Sometimes, clients want to be added to the waitlist if the appopintment date is hard for them and would like to get in sooner

Confirmation before deleting payment method
A simple confirmation: "are you sure you would like to delete this credit card?" before deleting cards from a client profile would be great. It could be very easy to accidentally delete a card and have no way to recover from it.

ability to mark client active/inactive
We need the ability to mark the client "active/inactive" if they have not rebooked within a certain amount of time or expressed interest to not receive any emails or texts.
