Fixed Commission Calculation for Employees: Currently, the system primarily supports commission calculations based on a percentage. However, our spa determines commissions based on employees’ working hours and levels with a fixed amount. Therefore, we suggest adding a fixed commission feature to accommodate different employment structures.

Detailed Performance Breakdown: On the employee performance page, we would like to see a detailed breakdown of earnings, commissions, and tips. This will help employees clearly understand their income details, enhancing their sense of security and motivation while allowing us to process payroll more efficiently.
Monthly Summary Feature: In addition to daily reports, a monthly performance summary is crucial for salary bonuses and revenue evaluation. We suggest adding a monthly performance summary feature to facilitate overall payroll management and performance assessment for investors.
Customer Booking Completion Rate Report: We would like the system to provide a more detailed and accurate report on customer booking completion rates. This data would be beneficial for employee communication and management, helping to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
