Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. Be able to change the service on the app
When a client is booked for one service and it was wrong the ability to completely edit that service and add the correct one is necessary. The ability is available on a computer but I don't have access to that all the time.

Saved Day View
We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.
For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.
Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

Custom Product Unit Pricing For Staff
We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

Show what practitioner a client saw in their appointment history
Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

Discount Reasons/Codes to be eligible to be toggled off when not in use.
Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

Encourage returning clients to log in for gift card purchases
Clients purchasing gift cards accidentally create duplicate profiles due to using different information for the gift card purchase than what is on their existing client profile. It'd be great if returning clients could be encouraged to log in before purchase to curb the amount of duplicate profiles that get created.

Ability to take form photos with ipad at checkin
Currently taking photos with the ipad available at check in to complete a form is not supported, we'd like this to be implemented to allow clients to fully complete their form at check in.

It would be amazing to add a tag or something to differentiate between multiple cards on file. In case the client wants one for the membership and the other for retail, gratuity, etc.

Allow Audience filter to show clients without any appointments

same day confirmations texts only for unconfirmed
We have the same day confirmation text turned on but i wish there was an option to only send those to unconfirmed clients. right now the only option is on or off.

Appointment Creation Automation with Zapier
Please allow us to trigger an appointment creation as an action. Not having it really limits our ability to automate appointment scheduling using a chatbot.
