  3. I know there is probably a lot of technicalities to this, so perhaps this is a pipe dream.

    Set up; target for what % utilization is acceptable, if less than a set %, reduce hours to a threshold, if more than a set %, increase hours to a threshold. Set minimum hours and maximum hours per day (business choice and also remind to comply with labor laws).

    Also 24 hours notice prior, your shift on Friday is set to start at 10a instead of 9a due to no appointment scheduled by the deadline.

  11. When a co-worker refers their existing client to a fellow co-worker there should be a way to record it in the system so we can run reports reflecting these new client referrals. Otherwise, staff can claim they never get referrals, when they actually do, but there is not a report to run & show it.

  14. As the lead Esti/owner, I like to have my week locked in wheres my staff prefers to just have 48 hours. So it's frustrating that I am not able to implement a different cancellation time frame

  15. Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.

  16. All the data is input naturally by us, it would be really great if it could be stored and reported that service X was $40 until 10/10/2010 and then $45 on 1/1/2012 then $50 from 2/2/2018. The same goes for products, it would provide a fantastic resource for Boulevard partners to better understand their own models and also have the data to contrast. The points of data I’m particularly interested in keeping track of within the ecosystem is sale price, service price, and also purchase price from our vendors.

  18. beta reports should be able to add all fields associated with an object. so if I want a product report i should be able to ahve a report with all fields related avaialble in the report. I cant export a report with the item. the current on hand inventory and the desired on hand inventory

  19. It would be great to have the ability to add a "notes" option to the checkboxes and multiple choice that allows us to check something off PLUS add additional information to that line.

    I am also looking for a list feature that allows me to create a list (similar to checkboxes but without the checkboxes) that also has a text field next to each line when documenting vitals, dosage, etc. Right now, I am having to add them as individual paragraphs but it makes the chart so bulky with the spacing and its not very user friendly that way.
