If we are not charging a client for a service it would be nice to have a "Comp" button instead of having to go through the whole "check out" process as if we are using a card as that's the only option. I also am unable to check out a client from home without the Duo even if they have a $0 balance.

  7. I upgraded my plan despite my onboarding/sales rep advising against it, yet I’m still using 4x the allotted messages for just a two-person salon. I can’t even imagine what larger salons are paying in texting fees. Considering I already pay for a phone number with unlimited texting through my carrier, it’s frustrating that Boulevard’s messaging is so restrictive for the price. If this doesn’t change, I will not be renewing next year. I am already paying so much monthly!

  9. Would like to have all the options for digital GC at time of check as is when they purchase online. Would also like the option to have dollar amount or service and gratuity. Capability to email the recipient and/or print GC.

  10. When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

  13. We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.

    For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.

    This would protect my artist as well as myself.

  15. We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.
