  1. Some of the stylists colors are the same. It helps if we allow reception to drag the names apart from each other so that stylists don't get confused with which client is theirs.

  2. Really would love to have a better way to deal with custom commissions for addons. Our scenario is that the main service no commissions are made. But for addons commissions are made.

  3. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.

  4. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

  5. Since we are located in a resort, in a remote area, it is essential for us to have a room number on waitlist window information. Especially, that some mobile connections don't work at all. It will be best if each business can have some fields to set up, on the waitlist window. Another example: Many booking we have, one person books for a group. It will be good for us to add more guests while submitting a request on waitlist.

  7. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well

  8. It would be nice to customize the defaults for printing receipts. We never need the merchant copy, but if you forget to tell it to print only page 1 you end up with a copy to throw away with each printed receipt. The location or business settings could have a checkbox for "print merchant receipt" default setting.

  9. Give us the option of not displaying prices on the booking widget. If there's a setting to not have them display in the reminder emails it should also be on the booking widget.

  10. The ability to make a time block repition on the app. The option is avalible on the desktop but individual service providers don't use that version often and would like to have more avalible scheduling customizations in the app.

  11. We have a lot of common treatments and services that are added on last minute to appointments and they're not always performed by the same stylist. It would be awesome to have a column of our most common add-on services rather than having to leave the checkout window to update the whole appointment and go back. We are glad we switched over from Booker, but that is something I seriously miss!

  15. when clients want to check out and also order new extensions can we add a option like we have for product.. we don't want extension deposit to be a service we would rather it be on its own (like no service provider) so girls don't make money off of the deposit for extensions cause that money goes to the business.

  17. Because - one service charges a different rate per stylist or colorist... For example a womens haircut... we have 5 different rates depending on who is doing it. It would be confusing to the customer to put women's haircuts 5 times with a stylists name behind it. Most of our services are a different rate for per staff member as well all of our services. It would be so easy just to put out 10% service charge in and that is what it would be for all services and who ever does them.

  18. Upon checkout it would be great if the tip screen was shown first, then the signature screen. Clients are so confused why they must sign before sliding their credit card, that they completely disregard the tip section.

  19. The ability to sync iCloud and Google calendars is excellent - however, for those of us with work calendars on Outlook, we're unable to sync directly to Blvd. Adding that additional feature would enhance this already great feature.
