  1. On the top left of the calendar view where it says "Today's date" it should also state if that date is a holiday or national date.

  3. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  4. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  5. on the checkout screen for rebooking if the clients had a screen that pops up with 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 week rebooking that would help.

  9. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  14. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  16. It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

  17. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  19. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted
