  2. I would like to get a report that can forecast the future appointments with a dollar amount. I see that the report for Service Sales Report can give a forecast of the service count and appointment count however does not show $ amount.

    Is there a way we can make a custom report that will include these forecasts?

For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

If you are offering packages that include multiple modalities (example: a spa that does a 'spa day' package including a massage, foot soak, salt room and float) allowing clients to puchase and book easily. The system should know when the resources are available to book them off as individual appts that are part of a package.

  6. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  8. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.

    Dear Boulevard Support,
    I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding the way our cancellation policy is currently displayed during the online checkout process on Boulevard.

    Despite having implemented a custom cancellation policy that clearly links to my website via the designated URL, the platform still displays default messaging regarding cancellation fees. These statements do not reflect my actual policy and may lead clients to believe that they will be charged fees, which is false and misleading.

  11. We do both in office and virtual appointments. It would be nice to personalize client notifications based on specific appointments with specific instructions for the retrospective appointment vs overarching generalized notifications. It can be confusing for the client when something is virtual vs in office.

  12. You built two beautiful things....now pls connect them. The client portal is fantastic, and so is the new attendant. The auto attendant should have the ability to have a prebuilt link in there that says, "we are away from our desk but did you know you can self-serve many issues through the client portal (insert link)"

    We alllllll want to do less work. Help us teach people how to do it for us.

If we are not charging a client for a service it would be nice to have a "Comp" button instead of having to go through the whole "check out" process as if we are using a card as that's the only option. I also am unable to check out a client from home without the Duo even if they have a $0 balance.

  19. Make offer codes applicable to prepaid product units. When tracking sales at the end of the special period, I don't want to have to pull two different reports to see how the sale did. Ex: "Grand opening special" as an offer for most things, but it has to be a discount reason for prepaid product units.
