  2. Please allow Services and Products (Service Packages) to both be bookable in the same category. We run monthly specials and often have a service as well as a service package (which gets categorized as a product). We can't list them under the monthly special which makes it impossible to book online and complicates things for the customer and the front desk having to do everything manually.

  6. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

  13. We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

  15. Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

  16. Clients purchasing gift cards accidentally create duplicate profiles due to using different information for the gift card purchase than what is on their existing client profile. It'd be great if returning clients could be encouraged to log in before purchase to curb the amount of duplicate profiles that get created.

  19. It'd be great if BLVD could implement a way to allow us to remove certain (or all) service names from showing in appointment reminders and notifications as we provide some services that clients would like to keep private as much as possible. Thank you!
