  1. When checking out on the desktop, if the selected iPad isn't on the welcome screen the transaction will run the card on file and skip the option for the client to leave gratuity. It would be nice if there was a warning to let you know if the iPad isn't on the welcome screen so you could get it where it needs to be.

    Sometimes the client just starts pressing buttons and if you can't see the iPad you don't know what they're doing.

  3. Medical director sign off is its own process, while a lead is a part of escalations in which they also need to be involved and have the ability to review/sign off in those instances. Instead of a single list of charts that need review, being able to split to their respective users based on circumstance would be more beneficial

  4. Recently, there have been updates to the online booking process for new clients, and it seems to be causing difficulties. Many clients have reached out to us via text because they found the steps involved in the booking process cumbersome.

    Firstly, clients are required to enter their email before they can see available appointment times for a service. However, they are then prompted to enter their email again if they want to complete the booking.   5. It'd be really helpful if businesses were able to manually widen a service provider's column on the calendar page. This is especially useful for salons/spas with lots of service providers and making the Calendar view look less cramped.

  9. Instead of only having the waitlist available for the client to sign up on when there are no slots available, having a waitlist link that the stylists can post on their social media. That way clients can directly sign up for the waitlist instead of going through the entire process.

  13. Usually I want to pay staff on the normal service fee, not the discounted price, but there are instances when this would not be true- memberships, package pricing, and with certain services. I would like to have more control over when discounts are eligible for commissions and when they are not.

  16. we dose medical weight loss medication by units. We have inventory coming into the clinic by the 10's of thousands. When putting in a purchase order, you can only put 9999 units in. we need more flexibility to enter 40,000 if we need. one purchase order would be nice verses 4 lol. Thanks!

  19. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking
