Auto populate new gift card code when selling a card in the dashboard
Would be great if there was an option for the checkout window in the dashboard to auto populate new codes when selling a gift card so our team doesn't have to track what codes are already in use/would help avoid adding funds to an existing card that's associated with different client

Blocks that cannot be modified except by privilege allowed level or above.
Often management will make a block that should remain persistent, staff may move or delete (or worst delete the series instead of single instance) which can cause lots of issues.

When searching clients, show clients that have not been in for a long time as greyed out due to inactivity
Would also be great if it directly showed in parenthesis (most recent visit MM/DD/YY) to help determine which client is which preventing wrong booking.

Be Able to Select Multiple Providers they are OK with seeing
When scheduling, a guest should have the option to select multiple providers, in case there are two people they like to see or one person they don't want to see

Mobile push notification should open to the appointment that was just booked
When a push notification comes up on my phone and I click on it, it opens the Boulevard app, but doesn't bring me to the appointment that was just booked and now the push is gone so I can't see what date the new appointment is for. Would be great to be brought to the actual appointment

If a GC number has already been used at the business, please display an error message that the GC number is a duplicate.

Client Merging should show quick summary of which account recently had appointments
And also highlight WHICH email address the client is currently using to log in to avoid human error of merging and choosing the wrong email address for the account. Saves time later as this error in merging is technically just kicking the can down the road for later to fix again

Multiple phone numbers for staff profile
Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

Allow Service Option Groups to be shared across all services (toggle on, off, and add new)
It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

New Sale button in Client profile
A button similar to New Appointment, but just for New Sale in the client profile to be sure you have the correct client/don't have to search for their name.

Indication at checkout & on client profile of most recent payment method used
Many clients have multiple payment methods and it would be great to have an indication as to which payment method was most recently used - highlighted in blue or an icon next to it

Gift Card - Not Having Pre Selected Amounts
Jenna Perry Loves the new online GC option. However, She has asked if down the line, there can be an option to not have the pre selected amounts listed ($25, $50, ect) She would like an option to toggle that off and only have custom or the ability to add in their own pre-selected amounts.

HealthCare Tax Specification and % for SF Locations
Client needs to be able to add a Healthcare tax of 4% and specify that it is for healthcare for workers on receipts for services rendered at SF locations.
