  1. When you go into edit an appointment, the screen is now minimized so you have to scroll to see everything. It would be great if we could minimize or maximize the appointment screen so we can see the information we'd like to see.

  3. Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

  5. Kate Somerville reached out wanting to create a report that reflects clients who have received one service but not another. It would be helpful to add a filter for that to generate more dynamic reporting!

  10. The add-ons are great IF you never have to change anything on the appt! If you need to change say the first service, for example single process, the gloss add-on will be removed! Then you following service is moved up, so you have to retype the gloss, and then re-add the last service ( and you better remember if it was a blow out or a haircut, cause it's gone, and we all know we are always juggling several things at the front desk!)
    So please unlink the add-ons to another service, so we can easily make changes. Thanks

    • for example if someone wants a hot stone massage and books online it will add the tag so that we are prompted to turn stones on

  11. Usually I want to pay staff on the normal service fee, not the discounted price, but there are instances when this would not be true- memberships, package pricing, and with certain services. I would like to have more control over when discounts are eligible for commissions and when they are not.

  12. I noticed people tipped exponentially more when our systems were down and they werent prompted by the precentages at checkout. Maybe instead of 18, 20 and 22% we had 20, 25 and 30 and if people wanted to tip less they would have to enter it manually?

  15. we dose medical weight loss medication by units. We have inventory coming into the clinic by the 10's of thousands. When putting in a purchase order, you can only put 9999 units in. we need more flexibility to enter 40,000 if we need. one purchase order would be nice verses 4 lol. Thanks!

  16. This would be a game changer! We get lots of inspiration photos for services. Right now the front desk has to text the photos to the stylist and it is hard for them to keep track. Would be nice to be able to attach a photo to the clients appointment or even in their profile "notes". How cool would that be! We could have a log of all their photos in one place. I saw Boulevard added photos when completing forms and charts...but that's not where we want inspo photos for their service specifically.

  19. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict, it would be nice to pause reminder texts/emails to the customer while still keeping it on the book so the front desk can reach out to customer
