  1. All the before pictures I take are saved in the profile, but to open them they open in individual browser tabs instead of opening as a pop-up within the exist browser. It would also be nice to have a little thumbnail that shows the photo before I click on it.

  4. When adjusting inventory quantities, service times, etc... The scroll wheel can adjust the amount if the cursor is over the entry box/line. This can often result in some crazy data if you aren't very careful about where the mouse is.

    I could be in the minority but I have never used the mouse to adjust these amounts, and I don't see much of a use case where it is beneficial.

    I have, however, messed up my data multiple times with this being an option. Real life scenario: clicking on a box to enter an inventory number, entering it, then scrolling…

  8. Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

  11. Ability to print a draft purchase order.

    I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

  14. Having more options for repeating appointments would make scheduling easier for some clients. An example would be:

    • An appointment on the 2nd Wednesday of every month

    Basically any option that Google calendar has would be useful.

  15. There are two possibilities when we are inviting the client back in to "redo",

    1) They will be seen by the same service provider. The client will be rebooked the same service, but no price should be listed nor pricing. In the background there would be either a commission pull from the first service (to combat the hourly wages being used to complete the same work again) and notation that this service is NOT to be considered an additional appointment or service, but a REDO for reporting processes.

  20. It would be helpful for our staff to have the last appointment visit and future appointments on their appointment print out for them to know how long in between each service.
