Update issues
Hello, the new update has some issues. When we are trying to update/add a service to an appt (for example an add-on service) it makes you cancel the entire appt and start over. This takes more time and is not as simple as it was before.

Duo app check in require form completion
When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

Improve Communication with Convertkit Integration
It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.

DETAILED receipt for the client and the business view!!
The checkout process is SOOO detailed and gives the opportunity to show credits used, the name of a discount/promo, multiple payment types etc. Yet the receipt that is available after the transaction, clumps all the discounts into one sum, therefore making all that work USELESS for anyone that wants to reference it! Please carry the coding that is in checkout process to the receipt--this is the good CUSTOMER SERVICE our patients deserve!

tap on appointment screen for retail
last system you didn't have to change out of your main screen to simply do a singular sale. a separate tab would work . At the moment you have to go to sale and theres this little tab far right ,anyone new to the system its quite confusing

The email for booking automatically adds location after name of business which looks like Los Los Angeles Angeles....
"You are scheduled for an appointment at Refine Men's Salon of West Hollywood West Hollywood on Jul 28, 2023 at 6:00pm PDT."
So any company that has their name of location in their business name would be listed in emails with the location twice. I think solution is remove the city from the automatic portion of the emails as the location is listed anyway in the address below.

Re-set lists to page one when changing filters on the products page
When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...
Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.
I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)
The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.
The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

Rescheduling of merged appointments should automatically give you the option to reschedule all of the merged appointments or just single one's.

Client opt outs from Blvd SMS should indicate that they will not receive confirmation messages in the future regarding their appointments un
...unless they opt back in. Businesses largely will not have visibility regarding client's lack of SMS communication. There should also be indicators more prominently displayed next to phone numbers whenever shown in Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, and Client tabs that denote NO SMS, or client has disabled all SMS. Some businesses HEAVILY rely on SMS and if clients are not receiving reminders and/or confirmations then being charged no-shows... there WILL be hiccups. Don't show service providers in online booking if they are not scheduled and don't have open books
We have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. This gives the client a false sense of hope, and they will add themselves…

Advanced Privilege Setings
The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.
