  1. It's helpful that access can be limited by IP address, but for further protection would find it important to be able to limit access based on staff schedule. For example, a user who is scheduled Mon-Fri should only be able to log in on those days.

  2. When clients book an appt for themselves and a guest - either under their name or as 'guest of' the appt should automatically add a tag as a 'party' and highlight both appts when hovering over one or the other appt!!!!!

  7. When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

  8. Unless I comb through each sale, there is no way to understand if staff are potentially handing out adjusted prices which in most cases diminishes income. I strongly believe staff understand this is a way of hiding their dirty work from management in some cases. The loss revenue for businesses is completely unmonitored at present. Increased revenue from price adjustments also should be scrutinized since targeting upcharging to certain clients could potentially land businesses in hot water.

  9. There used to be a "cancel" button when processing credit cards with the Duo. It would be nice to have that button back in the new flow. Occasionally the app or Duo lock up and the cancel button on the Dashboard end may be able to save the experience by allowing us to cancel from the desk.

  12. When querying Admin API - Orders query, it would be very helpful if we can filter them by ClientId. Right now if we want to build on our app a logic to display the order history for a client, we have to iterate all the orders, which is a very expensive query.

  14. When a new customer check in, they can choose either their phone number or their email. At the moment, Boulevard does not allow the NEW customer to skip the email when using Duo App for checking in.
    I hope Boulevard can add an option to skip he email address when a new customer come in and using Duo for checking.

Provide businesses a method to elect what information is required for client profiles (First name, last name, phone number, email, CARD ON FILE) and then any instance of a client not having all of the required field filled, a UI element across any instance of their name (except in reports) that denotes that something is missing. This would create great automatic feedback that our staff and receptionists would pay attention to and correct whenever they can.

  16. Adding net sales total only for services and products, automatically including the values of vouchers that were redeemed. Currently, we must add these columns together in order to calculate revenue that excludes package, gift card, and account credit sales.

  18. It would be great if there’s a way to show the online booking in the calendar with a different color or a distinct emoji. The reason for that is because the executives at the front desk are receiving appointments through phone calls and walk-in, for those who have knowledge of it, however for the ones that come through online booking there’s nothing that made them different from the rest.

We track membership sales by our front-of-house team because they receive commissions for selling memberships, but it would also be really useful to see which service provider a client saw most recently before their membership. Even though our service providers are not pushing memberships as much as our FOH, they have a huge impact on clients signing up for one because they provided the service the clients are signing up to come back for every month. This would be a useful tool for us in performance metrics for our team.
