Disable heart/other icons IMPERATIVE
The software gives the heart icon for all future appts. Such a pain if they switch practitioners: more work to remember for reception.

The business wants to be able to disable the "Heart Icon" from being added to appointments when clients request a provider. They don't want that to be seen even when a client has requested the provider.
