  1. Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

  3. It would be helpful for offer to have the ability to set a rule that includes or excludes by brand and not just service or product. When we run a brand promo we have to go through every item in our inventory to select what can be included. It would save a significant amount of time to say all of X brand is included in this offer.

  6. If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

  7. There are times where our injectors need to add notes for a patient that's unrelated to a specific appointment (i.e. ordering medications or a phone call follow up). With how it's set up now, its difficult to attach forms and we have to go into a previous appointment and chart through there.

  8. Create a way to export our lists of products. If we can export them all in a spreadsheet, it will allow us to more easily transfer the products in bulk. this could be used to go to our shopify store for example.

  9. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  10. simple filter under the sales tab so you can see any products or services sold without being assigned to a service provider. 3 times now a stylist sold a product but it was not assigned to them and commission was not given to them.

  11. The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:

  12. New employees have the same exact comms settings as existing ones. Being able to set a default instead of updating the toggles every time a new staff profile is made would be more efficient.

  16. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.
