  5. And also highlight WHICH email address the client is currently using to log in to avoid human error of merging and choosing the wrong email address for the account. Saves time later as this error in merging is technically just kicking the can down the road for later to fix again

Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

  11. Searching [Shampoo brand] shows list of products that match the name and lists pricing. Also for services.

    Would save people a lot of time to price check things or services if simply typing them or scanning them into the search showed details like pricing, stock, description. Currently price search is creating an appointment or product sale and essentially creating a mock-sale to give this information.

  14. Not sure what would be most helpful,

    But I can only imagine that families that decide to use a single number for their persons causes the same redundancy issues on Blvd's side as it does for salon staff.

    In contact center, it would be helpful if messages received indicated that there were multiple contacts with that number so staff could determine which client or such the message is pertaining to. Possible errors are messages like this: Received from X, "cancel my appt tomorrow and move it to Saturday". Appt is deleted and moved to Saturday. Client X's son Y comes…

  16. Jenna Perry Loves the new online GC option. However, She has asked if down the line, there can be an option to not have the pre selected amounts listed ($25, $50, ect) She would like an option to toggle that off and only have custom or the ability to add in their own pre-selected amounts.
