  2. It would be nice if there was any kind of export feature for appointment history. As a massage studio we sometimes have to send clients a list of appointments for insurance or legal purposes. Currently, the only way to do this is a series of screenshots, which looks horribly unprofessional. Having the option to include any appointment notes is crucial to this as well as payment information.

  3. we have Hair that we buy for extensions and split the commision on the the hair between stylist and salon. but because the stylist makes a set commision on products there is no way to adjust this without changing everything

  4. There should be a window where you can see ALL of the active services for the location from the EMPLOYEE view, and easily toggle on "ONLINE BOOKING" on and off. It is difficult to go into EACH service under the employee and then click online booking on or off. Too many steps, hard to have one simple view of what can and can't be booked online for each employee.

  6. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  7. Clients who are the guest of another client have a note to indicate that fact. The person who booked the appointment (the guest of ...) doesn't indicate they have a guest. This can get confusing when moving appointments or adjusting a therapist's schedule.

  9. Other salon software allows warnings or lockouts to prevent staff from clocking in too early for shift or from lunches. Adding this option and helping Boulevard businesses more options to follow labor law will help immensely.

  12. When running payroll, it would be great to only have to run 1 report. I personally love how neat and clean the Net Revenue by Staff report is. If it could include tips and clocked time, that would be ideal.

    Or

    If the staff performance or sales breakdown report could include a column for CLOCKED time, that would be awesome, too.

  13. It would be awesome to have the employee separate from staff roles. This way one employee can be scheduled for multiple roles. For example: Hairstylist who also does esthetics. Can be listed as one employee in gear tab, but can be listed in two roles (Stylist and esthetician) in the location tab. You can then schedule each role independently, but performance reports, logins, payroll, etc... are all for the individual employee so they can see each role on their schedule, and payroll doesn't need to be manually combined as it does with multiple employees.

  15. Our hours during the week (10-8) are much different than Saturdays (8-3). We have a ton of open space during the week in the morning and a ton open on Saturdays in the evening. If a stylist who doesn't normally works Saturday sees open space until 9pm she may book a client at 4 or 5 not knowing we close at 3!

    Also would be nice if the days the salon is closed it say "Salon Closed" or something!

  19. Right now the pre-book function is only available during checkout.

    The request is based on enhancing the customer experience. Our goal is to re-book everyone. With many services there are processing times that allow the stylist to go ahead and rebook the client, rather than at check-out, when you are trying to process payment and the client is trying to get out.
