  4. It would be great if, now that memberships & packages are not under the product category, they did not contribute to loyalty points earnings. The only setting options are services and products, and if membership charges contribute to these, it skews the program to the point that we cannot use it. We'd really like to incentivize our clients to purchase retail with the loyalty program but can't enable it with the current settings.

  5. We should be able to change the timing of when messages are sent out. The 1 days before appointment reminder text should not be sent out at 5pm. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before an appointment. So it should be sent, at the very latest, 8am. Boulevard is also delivering text messages late at night ex. 9:30pm. Which is very disruptive to our customers. We never had this issue at Vagaro

  7. Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

  8. Example: Purchase $100 and get $25 free. The $25 should be automatically applied when they checkout with a $100 gift card without having to create an offer. Put parameters on time available and only when you purchase a certain amount.

  10. It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.
    Would also be great if then we could automatically share this photo with patient who want to keep track of their own before/after images and share with friends.

  12. I would like to get a report that can forecast the future appointments with a dollar amount. I see that the report for Service Sales Report can give a forecast of the service count and appointment count however does not show $ amount.

    Is there a way we can make a custom report that will include these forecasts?

  13. For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

  14. Can you please put the date that people have purchased the gift certificate between recipient email and source ASAP! I don't want to have to search for the date. This is good information to have when I am running GC sales.
