Create a way to add custom duration directly in the "accomodations" tab of a clien'ts proile.
You can only adjust and save a specific client's duration on the book and save it. I would like to be able to just add a new accomodation under their profile.

Reopening an invoice
The ability to re-open an invoice so we don't have to void orders. This skews our patient visit numbers for providers when having to duplicate appointments

Better Control Over Commissions
I would like to be able to better control commissions. I would like to be able to apply commission to certain products, in this instance skincare products. When you select Product Commissions is applies to all products.

Staff Links
Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

Allow the forms to be translated to spanish for patients to have an easier time when submitting forms and then can be translated back in English to the business. Will make the flow of the practice operate a lot smoother

Add an option to adding services at check out called "add time"
The new feature to add a service at checkout is great, however there should be an option to "add time" with the service because without doing so it is negatively impacting someones utilization which is a key KPI in evaluating providers and their success within a business and its profitability.
Perhaps you can add the option to "add time with this service" as well for those of us who need it without having to leave the screen and add the service in to the appointment the regular way which would ensure that time is added and utilization is optimized. Otherwise,…3 votes -

Alert on Check In Screen for Late Client
It would be extremely helpful to have an option to set a specified limit (10, 15, 20 min etc.) in which we cannot take a client if they are late, and if that client checks themselves in after they enter their information a pop up comes up and alerts them that they are x amount of minutes late and need to see the front desk.

An option to deselect all for providers/resources (currently only select all or availabe)or save user settings in how we view the calendar.
As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

Someone to talk on the phone with for customer service :)
There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution

Reverse the recent updates for the checkout process, it has got infinitely more complicated especially with price and service adjustments.

not send texts asking clients how they enjoyed their visit after it was canceled
Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

Allow us to send patients a link for direct feedback
For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

Book multiple sessions over different days
Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

Pop-Up Alert for Clients Booking a Second Appointment on the Same Day
Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

GC Search by Recipient Option
We would love to be able to locate a gift card by looking up the receiving client's name as opposed to the name of the purchasing client! (under the gift card section of the sales tab)

Ability to modify order or modifiers & add-ons appear in Online Booking
We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.
Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

Permission: View staff's own appointment ratings only
Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!
