  1. Many of our assistants tend to help a specific stylist each day. When checking in clients, if there was an option for another employee or assistant to be notified of a clients arrival along with the notification the stylist gets, it would give the client a better experience when an assistant is there to greet them immediately to begin their service.

    This is also especially beneficial to the front of house in the event that the front desk is too busy to step away to find an assistant.

  4. We would like to see the book button change from: "Add $80-$195" to "Add Service to Cart" or "Add Woman's Haircut" or "Add Woman's Haircut with <Stylist's Name>".

    We believe "Add $80-$195" confuses the Guest even more as to price.

    • Let's say a client has 5 vouchers for service X that they purchased for $1000
    • Service X costs:

    ** Stylist A, $150
    ** Stylist B, $200
    ** Stylist C, $215

    • The externally shown value should either not be viewable or an ability to show a mock amount on these services, in this case they would all show as $200 and then when rang up on the commission report they would "discount" to the proper amount which in some cases may even be POSITIVE discounting.

    Right now online booking shows the internal values which is NOT good for the clients to…

  5. This would allow the aestheticians to see all potential allergic interactions with product on the client ticket quick view on the ticket. It's quick access. I hope that made sense!

  6. Need Assistants to have access to one or two stylists schedules and those stylist client names, but no other client information. Don't want them to see the full schedule/calendar, they just need to know the schedules of the stylists they're assisting

  8. ...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.

    See video for explanation and steps to recreate issue.

    At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

  11. We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

  14. With our past software(s), there is usually a place to enter in the actual count during the physical month end inventory, record and print.
    The report would reflect:

    1. on hand inventory count prior to the updates
    2. count currently being updated to
    3. count difference
    4. cost value of products being adjusted (whether under or over)
    5. ability to print/save report

  15. being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

  16. The search for client names is great. I can type pa smi and get Paul Smith. (along with Patty Smith)

    Please bring this same search when looking for services to add to an appointment. We have multiple services with the same beginning and it would be so nice to be able to search using other words in the name, or even to work through typos.

  17. We have a lot of staff members and I can only see the first letter of the name. I would like to see the whole alias name when I hover it. Now, I have to click view profile to see who I am choosing. We have a lot of staff members with the same first initial

  18. Overseas clients, for example those with UK credit cards are unable to book online as the system now requires a US zip code. Is there a way to make credit card submission accessible to cardholders outside the United States?? This is way too limiting. Also, if a client refuses to give their zip code, i've found that any zip code added to the card information still allows entry into boulevard, and processes fine. I'm certain the added zip code feature is for added security, but does need fine tuning. Thank you

  19. Can there be an option for clients to give a tip with cc after they have paid for services. Sometimes they forget to give a tip after they have paid for service.
