  2. As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

  3. Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

  4. it would be great if there was a mass edit option for products. For example, if a brand increases prices for the year, if there was a mass edit option, the whole page would be editable and you could just go down the price row and edit all at once and then save instead of having to go into each item separately.

  5. For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

  6. Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

  7. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  8. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

  9. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  16. We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
    I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…

    Currently, we need to download this report each time we want to filter and this isnt optimal.
