  1. Custom macro in forms. The business wants to be able to identify what response they would like for each custom macro.

    This allows the business to have one main form for all locations and when this form is being signed at a specific location, it will populate that location's custom macros.

  2. We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)

    Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

  3. Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

  6. The business said the current service totals is misleading on the mobile app because it is a lesser number when vouchers are applied as those service as a discount to the service. The provider is however paid commission off the service list price. The % owed to the provider is not seen in the mobile app at this time making them think they have made less then they really have.

  10. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  11. Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.

  13. After a client checks out, we would like to be able to edit the tip. Sometimes clients accidentally click the wrong tip or they dont tip at all on accident. We want to be able to edit that after the purchase.

  19. Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.
