Prioritize non-blank entries when merging clients
It would be super easy to lose valuable customer information because Boulevard doesn't prioritize non-blank fields when merging clients. I am guessing the merge is prioritized based on which one was active last. But it makes more sense to see if a field is non-blank and default to that one even if it is on an older profile.

I think the system should have the ability to automatically charge gratuity instead of the customer selecting an option for gratuity and which amount.

Customize what time slot add-on services time is added to
Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color…

Sync Online Profile to Dashboard Without Requiring Online Cart Completion
Clients can create an online profile but if their online cart is not completed, it does not sync the online profile to the dashboard. It would be beneficial to sync this info so the business can market to clients who have interest but have not yet booked an appointment.

Support Team Logs
It could be very useful if, maybe on a monthly basis, we could receive a log or summary of all of the outreaches from our team to the Boulevard support team. It would help us to identify any gaps in our training, identify patterns, etc. It could even be anonymous, the goal would not be to get any of our team members in trouble, really just to identify where they might need more support internally.

NetSuite Integration Enhancements
- Today the NetSuite integration can only import sales and payments data as NetSuite invoice objects
- As a business that uses NetSuite for our Accounting, we would like to have this integration pull data in as Cash Sales (and other popular object types) to avoid having AR touched and to avoid clean up post ingestion

Product filters and sorting
More and better filters and sorting options when viewing products. We have almost 600 unique SKUs and I wish we could, for example, set the filters to show only active products from X brand, or only active products from Y product category - or both of those at the same time: only active products from X brand under Y product category.

Privilege controls for saving to PDF, emailing reports, or any outbounding of database to prevent stealing or missuse of business' data.
At any point staff can take extraordinary amounts of salon data. This is terrifying. Ability to do reports is needed for most front of house staff, but taking transaction data and client data for years within minutes and sending csv(s) external should not be one in the same privilege level.

remove the option to book a lamination with a hydra facial (vice versa)
Because of the serums/chemicals/ water/ towels that we have to use throughout a hydrafacial the brow lamination would be ruined if performed PRIOR to the hydrafacial. Brows can not get wet for 24-48 hours after a lamination and tint. If we were to do the brow lamination AFTER the hydrafacial on top of raw waxed skin, the client could have a very serious reaction because of the peel/serums already applied. Contacting the clients before hand to inform them of the contraindications can be difficult. Clients become upset when they book the services together and find out they can’t get both.
