  1. When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.

  2. Some of our patients don't need to check out at the end of their service. They just need to be seen. So I'd like to be able to move them to completed without having to do all the extra steps of checking out.

  3. There should be an option to schedule all employees even if they can't perform services without adding to the hours available for the day. It is hard to calculate the total hours an employee is working if we can't do all of the scheduling in one place.

    Also, we need to be able to schedule multiple shift times per day.

    For example. We have providers that are front desk and performing services, so it makes scheduling challenging if they have a day where they do both. If I make the therapist available all day then block out non-available time, that…

Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  7. It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
    3. Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
    4. Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

  9. Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

  11. when a customer does not show up is there a way to mark the appointment that the patient did not show up? or have the system automatically identify that appointment as a no show and charge them

  12. Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

  13. Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.

  16. I agree with others that we should have the option to text the receipt but more importantly that the prompt to leave a review should be visible within their mobile screen. Clients see that it is simply a receipt and do not scroll to the bottom to see that they are being asked to leave a review. We would greatly appreciate this so we do not have to keep verbally giving these instructions and come across as desperate for reviews!

  18. It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.
