I don't really need all my receptionists being able to access all my settings but they absolutely need to be able to reconnect the tablet and card reader when we have service blips- which can happen. I'm not sure why it's so all or nothing with that setting but it would be helpful to have it be more granular.

  5. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

Please Please Please, make a separate section under sales summary for memberships or take them out of retail sales, its so deceiving looking at monthly reports and having memberships sales numbers in both retail and service. The reports are terribly skewed and we have to manually go in to subtract memberships from retail since they already show under service when the membership is redeemed.

  10. Can you please allow us to eliminate certain service categories from the "Group Bookings"? Or find a better way to do "couples bookings"? Our clients are not easily navigating the BLVD site

  11. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  13. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  15. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  17. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  18. Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

  20. Forms not enabled for Location A are available for staff to select within the location’s appointment details page and this should not be the case
