Three ideas to make forms more useful
A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!
Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.

Hide Service Provider Name in Confirmation Email
Ability to NOT SHOW who a client is booked with. We move clients multiple times thought the day and cannot guarantee which technician will see them. Please add an option to disable the name of the provider from confirmation emails/texts.

forms and charts moved from gear icon to manager access level
I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

Salons should have the option to set the date a membership is charged on instead of out just automatically being on the date the client sign
As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow

service modifiers on wait list
Need the ability to see required service modifiers for waitlisted appointments to ensure the correct service times are available based off the modifier questions that are asked such as gel removal or no gel removal which mades a big difference in time.

I suggest Boulevard incorporates a cloud based phone system like my JustCall so I can switch over to all-in usage in Boulevard.
I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

Have there be a way to check past receipts.
There is no way to see or visit past receipts for accounting purposes. There should be a feature to go back into patient profiles to visit each individual transaction, or have a monthly transactional sheet.

Create better solutions for clients when using booking widget on other browsers outside of Chrome
Need to have turn key tech solutions when clients book online using the booking widget if they use Safari, Edge, Mozilla or anything other than Chrome. We need smooth booking flow and it is inconvenient to ask clients to use Chrome or delete cookies and cache

Go back to the old way of checking out clients
The new way of checking out clients has too many unnecessary steps. The old way worked better and was more efficient for both the clients and the stylists. The tip should go back to being asked before the payment because everyone asks if they can tip and I have to explain every time that is if after you pay. Also we should only have one step that you have to "confirm" the payment. Right now they have to press continue and then later confirm . The continue steps is unessascary and just makes the check out process too long.

To comply with medical documentation requirements for review by a supervising provider, we need a way to assign documents to a specific user within our account. This is very standard in other medical aesthetic documentations systems.

Cost of Service Reporting
Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

what just happened with the add ons?
It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

Re-set lists to page one when changing filters on the products page
When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...
Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.
I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)
The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.
The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

Tiered commission structure that only applies next level of commission to sales higher than the previous tier.

Offer Reporting Shortcut/Insight
Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.
