some sort of way to identify chart not completed or started for providers from homepage
Flag charts that still need to be completed by providers rather than having to manually check each chart.

forms
We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

Colorful Charts
I would like to have the availability to change the colors in the chart mark ups. I would love the option to make my charts more colorful by allowing multiple colors in the mark up area!

Report Analytics
Report analytics are important because they provide the data-driven insights needed to make informed decisions, improve performance, and identify new opportunities. The current reporting in Boulevard is just raw data, that we have to export and then create their own analytic reports, which, compared to Square and other POS systems is quite out of date. At a minimum, we need the ability to compare time periods and see change and % change over time.

Please create a role that allows the editing and creating of forms and charts without giving complete admin access to all other reports and sensitive business operations.

Automated email campaign options
We should be able to custom create auto campaigns. I need to send specific emails to patients after they complete specific treatments. For example, send out after care instructions when they finish 1 of many different treatments. Upon check out of selected treatment an email for laser aftercare gets emailed for example. Or an email goes out when they book a specific treatment giving them prep instructions, this should also be a text option. Vagaro provided this service, Im shocked BLVD does not.

Require a consultation/good faith exam prior to completing booking the actual service appointment.
Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

Offer codes: One criteria must be met for the offer to apply to the second service
Allow a code to be made with a "book _, get %/$ off _" so that one service has to be booked in order for a discount to be applied to the second service. For example, "get 50% off enter service when you also book a enter service in the same appointment!". This would limit the need for manual tracking if an offer is applied to an appointment and one of the two services is cancelled so the client doesn't get the discount they don't qualify for. Also eliminated the need to manually apply the discount at checkout.

make it easier to make an appointment online
There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

display offset fee for all
Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

Reinstate the Cancellation Policy Notice on Booking Email (that includes date/time they cancel by)
The booking email used to include:
"Free cancellation or modification before [date] [time]. After that, changes will result in a charge of [fee] of your appointment total."
This is not only available in the the text messages now. Please turn this feature back on.

Ability to see a quick list of memberships by status for a location in the Memberships tab
This ability would allow the front desk staff to quickly reference and monitor the number of members they have in each status category, and take action when and however needed.

Receive a notification when products are sold via the booking overlay
To have a notification sent to the business when retail products are sold via the booking overlay. So that the staff can prepare the item sold.

report on which credit card processing has been sent to your bank account with date of post and which ones are pending.
We need to be able to go in and understand which days will be posted in the future and which ones have already posted in to business account.

Closed charts
We need a way to see if patient charts have been closed. First a quick “lock open or closed” on the front desk page to see if charts are open/closed as well as a report showing open charts. This is super important for proper chart compliance.

Returns should show in the cient history. Currently There is no way to see a reurn other than the actulal ticket.
Returns should be shown on the client product screen. How do we know if the client returns something, I don't want to keep recommending a product they didn't like.

As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.
