  1. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  3. It would be great if we can have the notes section show the most recent one at the top. We use this section for formulas and it is confusing to see the old one at the top.

  4. Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

  7. If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

  8. Create a way to export our lists of products. If we can export them all in a spreadsheet, it will allow us to more easily transfer the products in bulk. this could be used to go to our shopify store for example.

  9. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  10. simple filter under the sales tab so you can see any products or services sold without being assigned to a service provider. 3 times now a stylist sold a product but it was not assigned to them and commission was not given to them.

  11. The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:

  12. New employees have the same exact comms settings as existing ones. Being able to set a default instead of updating the toggles every time a new staff profile is made would be more efficient.

  20. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.
