  3. Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

  4. Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.

  7. It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.

  13. The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  14. I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

  16. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  17. Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

  20. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.
