watch customer
The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:
- I would click on "watch client".
- I would get an option to show a notification when booked, receive an email, or receive a text.
- Ideally, there could be some type of notification that is highly visible (top of screen) when that client is on the schedule that day.
- The "watch" setting would be specific to my log in so that other staff don't get notified about clients I'm watching, and visa versa.
