  4. The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  5. I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

  7. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  8. Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

  10. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

  11. There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

  13. Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  15. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…

  19. Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!
