  1. Clients would like the ability to assign intake forms for specific stylists. For example: "We have 'new talent' in our salon and the customers of our 'new talents' have to sign apprentice forms acknowledging the discounts, etc. I know in the manage-->forms application you can add forms, etc but not assign them to specific stylists."

  2. when drilling into a service you can turn it on/off for being bookable online but an icon would be helpful when browsing the list to see what is on/off the online menu.

  4. Rather than a cancellation for reporting purposes and statistics. Also would cut down on an unnecessary email of cancellation.

    Unsure if this is part of the flow for the client, but if the process is cancel and then make a new appointment, perhaps the ability for clients to self reschedule as long as the appointment is beyond the confirmation windows of 2/3 days SMS/email.

  5. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

  6. Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

  8. At the bottom of the confirmation is says refer to our cancellation policy. Instead of going to our website when they click on it, we would like a pop up with our cancellation policy appear

  9. Currently, the "Hours scheduled" are not set up to reflect the time clock so it would help to be able to see the time that the staff member actually worked vs. the number of hours scheduled.

    So many of our artists call out or will ask to come in late or will leave early if they finish early, and this, summed up across all artists over the course of an entire week, can greatly impact our artist utilization to be far off.

  15. Before coming to boulevard, our old booking software would allow members to freeze their membership for up to 3 months and would automatically restart it in 3 months! Boulevard does not let members freeze, it only lets them cancel which we have a reactivation fee for so a lot of our clients are going to be frustrated they cannot freeze to catch up on vouchers

  16. It is nice to have the "is available" option for the resources on the calendar. It would be super handy to have a "none" option to remove them with a single click rather than having to click each one individually.

  17. Right now it nearly always goes back to "today" view which is extremely time consuming of a default if one is doing any amount of work or inspection on a different date and view.

    For example, I am going through a day in 2018 to look at a stylists appt times and checkout times, I click on one appointment to look at the closeout time. Now to go to the "next appt" I will have to go back to calendar, go to date picker, doom scroll for the intended date, click that subsequent appt for inspection, look at the information,…
