  1. Currently when I add a discount to a service or product they client does not see it on their side when going through the check out process. I then have to take time to explain that they will see the discount on their receipt. It would be nice if they saw the breakdown of the charges to include discounts when they are checking out.

  3. Make it easy to identify and report on clients who are scheduled for their first visit in the next day (whole business). Right now, the Clients list filters don’t reliably match ‘upcoming first visit’ for a specific date range, so we have to manually scan the Calendar and look for the star icon next to new clients. A simple filter or report view that combines ‘upcoming appointment date’ + ‘first visit’ would save a lot of time.”

  4. Every time I refresh the Dashboard Calendar or make any appointment changes, all resource calendars automatically reappear and get selected. This is really frustrating because we don’t use the resources calendar at all, it’s irrelevant because we can see what resources are being used in the staff calendar, and there’s no reason for them to show up. Please add a setting so resources do not auto-select or auto-display after refresh or appointment edits.

  5. More colors for service providers. There are only 13 colors available and we have more providers then that. So we have to repeat the color and it's very confusing when you look at the schedule. Thank you

  6. I’d love to see Boulevard introduce more flexible, Podium-style review flow settings—specifically the ability to direct clients straight to Google without internal screening.

    Right now, the current workflow adds friction at a critical moment:

    Clients are first asked to complete an internal survey
    Then must find and click a small “Leave a Google Review” button
    Then repeat the process again on Google

    This multi-step experience significantly reduces conversion. Even highly satisfied clients drop off.

    From a modern reputation management perspective, the goal should be frictionless, one-tap review generation at peak satisfaction—not added steps.

  9. Implement an updated receipt format that itemizes injectable services by including the exact number of units administered (for example, neurotoxin treatments).

    Currently, clients frequently call requesting documentation of how many units they received. The only way we are able to provide this information is by taking a screenshot from the chart and emailing it manually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

  10. I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…

  11. When we are setting same day appointment reminders for patients, we should be able to set it to two hours out from the appointment and not get locked into picking one singular time for all appointment reminders to go out (ie. 7a, 8a, 9a, etc). It would be more courteous to the patients who have appointments scheduled later in the day.

  12. When taking a photo in someone's chart (ex. aesthetic note) can we add grid lines so that photos are more consistent. Uploading photos are a hippa violation so we would love to be able to upgrade the photo taking features.

  13. If a client no-shows that should go against their attendance rate. It does not make any sense that if I charge a client a no-show fee it closes their appointment as attended.. That metric is completely obsolete if it is being tracked like this.

  14. Look at Mangomint's booking widget. It is way better than Boulevards. I have been with you for 3.5 years and you have not upgraded it once. I have had many clients tell me that I should look for a new booking system because they gave up trying to book something on it. Please. If it doesn't happen soon, I am switching to Mangomint.

  15. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

  17. When you have a comparison photo you like, it would be great to have a save to gallery button. Currently you have to do too many steps outside of boulevard to get a comparison saved.

  18. Customers email us frequently because they cannot join a waitlist because they cannot update their payment method. Customers should be able to easily update their payment method as it is needed in the booking flow so that they do not exit the booking process out of frustration.

  19. Every year we update service prices to go into effect on Jan 1. However, we book standing appointments for the new year prior to the increase. The prices should automatically update and apply to any future appointments.

  20. When scheduling a standing appointment for the year, we NEED to be able to preview the dates that are being booked. At the very least, there should be an alert for a conflict on any given day. Right now any standign appointment made will book on a holiday/day the business is closed/stylist isnt working or it will just book at the same time as an existing appointment.
