  3. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  4. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  6. We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

  8. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  9. We have an automatic 18% gratuity, but online booking allows guests to enter a custom amount. This creates confusion and issues at checkout when we remind them of our auto gratuity policy and they respond with "well why was I able to customize it online then?"

  11. Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.

  12. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  16. Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.

    Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.

    Description:
    Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:

    • Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
    • Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries
    • Prevent confusion about product availability and redemption status
    • Streamline the order deletion and cleanup process

  18. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

  19. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.
