  1. Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

  2. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  3. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  4. It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.

  5. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  7. can you make it so merge client feature still works with phone numbers that have parentheses and dashes so it's easy for all of us to copy and paste from their profiles without having to manually remove them for it to work?

  9. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

  11. When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

  12. Offers should have more options.

    -----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.

  13. When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

  16. Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

  20. Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pm

    We need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm

    Using time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.
