  4. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

  5. Under patient profiles as well as at checkout with any previously purchased products show the providers name who sold the product the previous time.

    Also under suggested products show the provider who suggested the product to the patient, so we know who to give commission credit to.

  6. We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
    I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…

  7. Sometimes forms get addedd accidentally and saved as a draft during treatment...but it ends up being a duplicate or wrong form...and there is currently no way to delete that. Might I suggest that you make CERtain USER TYPES/admins be able to delete these. the archive option is only available when the mandatory info is completed...which is annoying AND integrates a form into the patient chart that is extra and erroneous since you just have to put babble in the mandatory spots.

  8. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.

  11. I love the packages and the automated addition of vouchers when purchased. However, there are still plenty of circumstances where we need to be able to gift or add a voucher to a client's wallet for future redemption (customer satisfaction, an error was made during their service, their results aren't quite what we hoped, etc). Right now it takes way too many steps to get it in there correctly (purchase of a package at 100% discount in order to get the voucher added to the client - them manually voiding the extra vouchers in order to leave only the vouchers…

  13. Most of our staff uses the professional app in daily activity. We do not have a "front desk" so the staff has to walk to the back of the building to the computer to check clients out, wasting precious minutes of their day to stay on time. If the duo was professional app compatible, they could do that at their station from their personal device.

  16. Every service has different timelines for returning for treatment (Tox: 3-4 months, Microneedling: 4-6 weeks, Filler: 6 months to a year). Please allow us to set up reminders for individual services based on tags.

  17. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  19. I get that Boulevard is trying to transition into the Medical Spa world, but the treatment records just aren't up to speed for that. As Medspa's are now transitioning to wellness the medical bar is getting even higher.

    It doesn't have to be TouchMD but some high-end medical charting system that is recognized and accepted in the space.

  20. I would like to make a request for an additional tab in client notes section such as misc, we need nsurance communication for only staff it we had a tab we can create this easily. We need medications and allergies but we also could use some misc tabs that we can create in addition
