Duplication of elements on forms right where you are
Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

Allow the ability to edit the way the business name appears in individual text campaigns.

Add a character count to text messages
Since Boulevard charges texts by the segment, which is 160 characters, it would be nice to have a character count so we can see where to make messages more concise.

Custom Auto-population
Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

Dynamic date fields for email campaigns
Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

Scheduling Alert Email Notification
We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

Lock down client filters for marketing for franchisees
only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

Bulk actions for waitlists
Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!

Improved form templates
Client forms for med spas should be provided and the editing/creation more robust. Other med spa software provides hundreds of forms. AmSpa has available forms that would be great to have access to here: https://americanmedspa.org/medspaforms

remove service duration
I would like to be able to remove the service duration from the emails that clients receive. If the duration is 30 minutes, that is service time, clean up time, charting, etc. But to a client, it means they can be 20 minutes late because they don't think it'll take that long... I'd like to have the option to include service duration on the emails or remove it.

Chart Markup - more options
Add the option to add text boxes and shapes such as circles and arrows. This is helpful for designating the technique used for the treatment.

ability to name a payment method in a clients account
Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

make a function to copy and paste appointments
We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

Make it more provider friendly
For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

Reporting on Membership Cancellation Reasons
Now that we're required to enter a reason why a membership is being canceled, we need to be able to report on this data to understand the most common reasons why clients cancel memberships and track them over time.

Create two separate privilege groups permissions for enabling/disabling services and creating new services
Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.
