  3. Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

  4. We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

  5. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  6. More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

  8. I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.

  9. Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

  13. Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

  14. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  15. It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.

  16. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  20. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…
