  2. Iphone integrated their tap to pay on payment softwares. But boulevard still hasn’t integrated it in their software. It would make it easier for rental stylists to do their own check out in a full salon where the access to checkout is more difficult.

I often have staff members including myself, where we want any clients that are currently coming to us to be able to book online, but they don't want new clients that they have never seen before. Either there could be a button where you turn on or off for each staff memeber, or create a way for staff to pick a list of clients they will allow to book online.

  10. it would be great if there was a mass edit option for products. For example, if a brand increases prices for the year, if there was a mass edit option, the whole page would be editable and you could just go down the price row and edit all at once and then save instead of having to go into each item separately.

  12. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

  16. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  18. Ability to create an add-on service that is not bookable until a set future date. This will allow time to market to clients before it goes live, and allow them to "book in advance".
