Online booking to collect the CVC CODE when clients self-book
When a client self books an appointment, have the system collect the CVC Code to the credit card. Then make the information integrate into our computer system. The information isn't saved on our end. So, if a client no-shows we can't charge them accordingly.

It's a reconciliation nightmare otherwise. Deposits aren't matching up when fees are taken out daily.

Change state of appointment in calendar view like front desk view. Currently, there are only "arrived" and "checkout" icons. A new icon for "active" would be helpful.

When confirming appointment in the auto text it would be nice if the service providers name shows up along the service time and date
Accidents do happen when booking online and or by the representative. To be proactive in this matter it would be nice if the auto text had more details.

Customize whether resource is busy during processing/transition time OR Client Transition Time
Would like to be able to have time at the end of service that the client is still "busy", but the resource is open. After a service we need some downtime for the client before they can start another service, but they're not using the resource from the original service.

Semi-automated late/no show client workflow. Blvd-assisted appointment rescheduling or client messaging to achieve more appointments.
The option for blvd to automatically (or after manual authorization) message clients who have lapsed their appointment by a variable time (5min/10min/15min, etc) something along the lines:
Sigourney Hufflepuff, it looks like you are going to miss your 4pm service at Abundant Salon. Please call the salon at 8675309 in order to reschedule your appt, or click blvd.link/193nf33 in order to reschedule. Please also note the salon may have a no-show or cancellation policy that your original appt may be subject to.

Duplicate client appointments alerts for same day/late arrival tool/appointment progress tool
I have noticed that clients have sometimes booked multiple appointments by accident on the same day. I think there should be a tool that recognizes daily potential accidental bookings and just picks up on potential errors/staggered appointments.
there should be a tool that shows the progress of each appointments AND if a client is running late. We have the ability to NOT check them in if they are running late to the appointment... but it would be nice to have a button to press that notifies whoever is looking at the calendar perhaps in a different location that we KNOW…

Staff Performance Report: Utilization Percentage
Currently, the "Hours scheduled" are not set up to reflect the time clock so it would help to be able to see the time that the staff member actually worked vs. the number of hours scheduled.
So many of our artists call out or will ask to come in late or will leave early if they finish early, and this, summed up across all artists over the course of an entire week, can greatly impact our artist utilization to be far off.

Recently Searched Clients in Appointment Booking
It would be very helpful to have a similar set up to searching for clients when booking appointments. When you click on the search, a list of recent clients pops up, if that could be implemented when making a new appointment as well, that would save time and make it easier.
For example, say someone checks out and decides after that to book a next appointment, it would be great if I could start booking a new appointment and their name pops up automatically as a recent person that I've searched or checked out.5 votes -

Option to text a service provider from the calendar context menu
It would be super useful to have a "text this staff member" option from the context menu that pops up when you click beside their name in the calendar. We often need to send quick reminders to staff members, and this would be a great shortcut in doing that

Add a "none" button to the resource view options
It is nice to have the "is available" option for the resources on the calendar. It would be super handy to have a "none" option to remove them with a single click rather than having to click each one individually.

Online service menu order Reflected in back of house
The order of the services in the service menu is customizeable for what the clients see in online booking but it seems to be all over the board and not able to be customized in mangement view. Not even alphabetical. So when editing/adding services it becomes very confusing.
