  4. A full facial balancing appointment could use multiple types of services. Make it so that you can add multiple products to a service without it having to be a "service add-on"

  5. Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

  7. The new feature to add a service at checkout is great, however there should be an option to "add time" with the service because without doing so it is negatively impacting someones utilization which is a key KPI in evaluating providers and their success within a business and its profitability.
    Perhaps you can add the option to "add time with this service" as well for those of us who need it without having to leave the screen and add the service in to the appointment the regular way which would ensure that time is added and utilization is optimized. Otherwise,…

  8. we should have a separate app for texting. we should also be able to unread messages. even better if texts could all go to a "front desk" person (within app) but also to the clients provider (within app)

  9. Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

  10. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  19. Right now, if we want to reschedule an existing appointment, we're given the option of choosing a date, but noe shown the available times. It would be great to click on the existing appointment and see what other options are availble
