  3. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

    Need the ability to create unique codes (9-digits, etc.) for promo codes; Add the ability to select specific locations from a dropdown menu; Add the ability to select a specific promo code from the offers menu and drill down data to the location level from offer code redemption

The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  8. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  9. Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

  11. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

  12. There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

  14. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  17. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…
