  3. Our staff checks out their own clients so if a client goes to desk to buy product, it would be nice if we could make it required to select the staff member that sold the product

  5. When an employee is deactivated, their schedule should remain visible for dates in the past. It is hard to know what happened in the past when old employees are no longer on the schedule. all dates prior to their deactivation should stay visible on the calendar (or at least have an option for them to be shown)

  6. It would be nice to have a symbol, like the star for new clients, to indicate that they have prebooked. So when we look at the appointment, theres a way to see that they are a prebook.

  7. Some reports have too much data or allow staff to peer into each other's productivity too much, causing strain on relationships or creating situations businesses would rather avoid.

    For example, we already can limit commission reports from privilege classes; being able to limit other things such as time clock would be great so staff can stop comparing themselves to each other with the RAW data rather than curated data that management chooses as pertinent KPIs.

  11. We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.

    Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…

  12. Searching [Shampoo brand] shows list of products that match the name and lists pricing. Also for services.

    Would save people a lot of time to price check things or services if simply typing them or scanning them into the search showed details like pricing, stock, description. Currently price search is creating an appointment or product sale and essentially creating a mock-sale to give this information.

  13. When downloading the service commission report and the tips commission report, the dates are all out of order which makes more work as we're exporting and combing these for every staff. Would be much easier if they would just export with the dates in order

  19. Current Process:

    Group checkout:

    • move forward with closing out a guest, or dragging the name to Completed
    • Minimize window & drag separate clients name into the minimized checkout window. This will add the client to the checkout, now you could perform a group checkout.

    Possible Idea:

    When a client will be checked out, the checkout window will have an option under "Services" that may say "Add client to checkout". Clicking this option will bring up the list of current clients.

  20. I would like to pay our employees more money, for more services completed within a two week payroll period. Example: I pay my employees every two weeks. If, within that two weeks, they make $0-$5,000 they would make a 55% commission pay rate. But, if they make $5,001 or more, they would make a 60% commission pay rate. I would need this tier to "reset" every two weeks after I complete payroll. So, there should be a way to input a "pay period" within the multi-tiered commission pay rates. Thank you.
