  3. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  5. it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

  7. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  8. Allow color coding for client type - online booking, VIP, new client. The tags a re good, but it would be better if this was an automatic thing.

  9. Clients are constantly confused by the online system asking them for card info every single time they make an appointment and then we have like 15 copies of the same two cards on file that we have to delete.

    Make it so they just have to update expired info or they just have to confirm the CCV security code when they make the appointment

  10. When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

  11. Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.

  12. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  13. When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.

  14. On an old booking platform, we were able to see if past clients had confirmed past appointments.

Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  16. When you go to the history tab in the client profile and scroll down to the Order History - it would help to be able to see if the Sale Total is a credit or a debit

    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
    3. Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
    4. Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

  19. It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.
