  2. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

  5. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  8. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…

  12. Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!

  14. Since we can't have the forms filled out by clients auto-populate the client's profile, could we have the client's profile auto-populate the form? This would save time for everyone and be a nice convenience.

    If there is a change made to any of the contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) a notice or flag could be added the client's account so we know something needs to be changed.

    1. A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!

    2. Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.

  19. Ability to NOT SHOW who a client is booked with. We move clients multiple times thought the day and cannot guarantee which technician will see them. Please add an option to disable the name of the provider from confirmation emails/texts.
