See waitlist note by hovering cursor
When there is a note on a client's waitlist entry, it would be ideal to be able to read it by hovering the cursor over the note icon, rather than clicking on it.

Allow an option for the company to take absorb the cost of a price discount instead of the employee
When offering a discount to a client, the only option the system allows is for the employee's commission to be adjusted along with the discount instead of the company absorbing the cost.

Merges Need Fixed
Merging clients doesn't properly carry over information about previous floats, and potentially risks losing previous purchases (i.e. gift cards, float packages, etc.)
I've run into this a few times, and it has created more issues than it has solved to merge clients.

Receive alerts when client arrives for multiple staff, admin, front desk

See active time
When Active column is disabled, we aren't able to see the start and end time for appointments. It would be really helpful if we didn't need the active column to see this information in Front Desk view

A way to have client booking messages sent to the business so they don't get missed/overlooked
Adjust settings so these messages are sent to the location email, not the service provider since most have email notifications turned off -- unless you can include it in the text /push notification

Gift Card Sales Assigned to Providers to the money goes directly to their merchant account
With AB5, trying to navigate giving cash directly to providers when a gift card is purchased. A client could purchase the gift card under the stylists name ie; my wife always sees Jenna for her hair so buy a gift card for Jenna

Appointment Details after visit complete that include; arrival time, active time, checkout time
Report per staff member over a duration that shows metrics per service of averages of these.
This would be a fantastic tool given the vast data that Blvd is naturally tracking. Although it will suffer to human errors and inconsistency, it should all average out in the end. This type of report could be used to understand which staff are being improperly auto-scheduled for durations that are too long or too short in practice. Make Stylists' picture bigger when choosing a professional
Images are very small and hard to see, would like to have them bigger for clients trying to recognize a professional they saw during a previous visit
