  1. It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  2. Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

  3. 1- Customize receipts to have automated options to include instructions, package/service details such as expiration dates, cancellation policies and 2- Easily be able to submit all these automated options and details to all appointments.

  4. Marketing opt-in trigger in Zapier. Please create this trigger so clients that want marketing emails, etc can be added to mailchimp, etc.

  5. Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

  6. As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

  8. The business would find it helpful to have the status of the appointment visible within the appointment details section rather then only through the satellite icon.

  9. Phone numbers are unique to every customer, so it should be used as a unique identifier and so should be a required field. We get very confused when we see 2 "John Smith" and not know who is who. In fact, we need phone numbers more than we need last names, as last name requirements tend to slow us down when making a new customer profile (especially if the last names are foreign and very long), if we just had their first name and their phone numbers, that should be enough to create a client profile.

  12. For those of us using Offset, it would be great to add a line item to the sales section of the daily reports, so we can see how much of the credit card fees were "offset" by the feature.

  14. Adding a message client button on the client file. When I need to contact a client I click on their appointment and the popup bar shows the phone number, option to cancel or reschedule, etc. An option to message them directly from there would be so helpful, instead of having to go to do all the extra steps to messages and pull up the name and then message.

  16. Currently long strings of text that exceed the width of display are cut off. Would be helpful if the text was rewrapped to be multi line on displays. On dashboard strings are cut by window size. On professional app it is cut off by width of mobile device.

  17. Make switching between staff accounts on mobile easier. It currently prompts me to update my profile every time. so it adds three screens/clicks to switch for no reason.

  18. the app is not booking more than 1 resource if the appointment has more than 1 assigned. For instance, if we are booking a hydrfacial, it requires a room as a resource and a machine as equipment. If we book using the app, it only chooses the room, not the machine as well.

  19. When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

  20. The business would like to be able to run reporting specifically on refunds. Currently you can see payments and refunds together but there is no way to separate the two. You can also run a Daily Summary and filter to view only refunds but all orders still show just as $0.00 for the refund. They want to see a list of only refunded orders.
