  1. We need an option on the main bar for "Products" that automatically takes us to a list of product inventory and enables us to do a PRICE CHECK by scanning the barcode.

  5. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  11. I have multiple employees covering different roles on different days. With the current setup, I have to create new employee profiles for each role to keep them separated. Our old system (Millennium) had a simple toggle feature to show their role for the day (manager, assistant, stylist)

  12. The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

  13. for clients to book online are we able to require a credit card to hold on file to hold there appointment

    so if they no show we are able to charge the card

  17. I love the new service color organization! We do many services so would love more colors, maybe more subdued ones too so it doesn't look like a circus :)

  19. In previous booking services we have used, they have the ability to discount any upcoming membership billing and have it go back to full price after. In boulevard, you can do that with only the first billing. Our referral program offers discounts on your next monthly payment for referring a friend. We are not able to do this with boulevard

  20. Rather than only having one option for a WL date, a range would be helpful for clients with more flexibility.
