  1. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists.   3. Is there a way to adjust sales commission so it's based on products sold? We would like to edit based on # products sold per month. Ex:

    • 1-5 products = 5% commission
    • 5-10 = 10% commission
    • 11-20 = 15% commission
    • 21+ = 20% commission

  12. When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

  14. At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.

  15. Report per staff member over a duration that shows metrics per service of averages of these.

    This would be a fantastic tool given the vast data that Blvd is naturally tracking. Although it will suffer to human errors and inconsistency, it should all average out in the end. This type of report could be used to understand which staff are being improperly auto-scheduled for durations that are too long or too short in practice. I could only hope salon management would use this data to better cater to the staff/customer/potential revenue stream. It would also allow an underlying knowledge of…

  16. Currently, if you redeem a voucher, it zeros out any added services, add ons and tips. We need to ability to have the system only zero out the service that is being redeemed. All other items should stay the true price.

  20. I would love the ability to easily tab through sales of the day, without have to click a sale, manually hit "back" and scroll back down to click on the previous sale. The ability to flip through them, like in your email mailbox, would add so much ease to scanning through the sales of the day
