  7. Example is if we have to keep appointments on a schedule to track that we need to reschedule them, but do not want the clients being told that "they are scheduled for an appoitnment" when they are NOT.

  8. Allow cut times to be altered from the client's profile rather than solely from an active appointment. That way if they don't have an active appointment, we can still make accommodations for future appointments.

  10. Employees should be able to select multiple files and apply the same tag to all of them. Similar to the ctrl+shift+select feature on all computers. When checking multiple charts in one day this feature would save time and reduce wrist fatigue.

  12. Keeping the staff color for active times would be very beneficial. Our staff color codes mean different things, and it would be nice to keep their color for the background of their working hours instead of the gray while still being able to have the services colored based on our preferences.

  15. It will be great that the BOH is able to upload image to each of the retail product so that the front desk is able to skim through the inventory list easier when client want to make a purchase

  17. Please give the option to add 'received stock' while adding new products into the system all on one screen - and also 'brand' selection should be a drop down menu rather than having to type out the brand each time
