  1. When a stylist leaves the salon, want to send a promo to their clients, but not just to any client that's ever seen the provider. We'd like to only send it to a list of clients that saw the provider on a regular basis. This could be an additional search option on the Client page as well

  3. We have to scroll all the way up the message, sometimes several months back to be able to close the message. The "tick" should stay on screen at all times or put it closer to the "Send" button. I understand though the risk of putting it there so maybe it's best to ensure that the Name, Number and Tick do not scroll out of site. Fix the CSS to hold it on the page.

  5. Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.

    In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.

  7. Please provide a business level setting to require the reschedule button to bring up the appointment search. By using the calendar you are bypassing many of the safety features of Boulevard (resources, service limitations, etc...) it forces the front desk to know all of those limitations rather than having the software do it for them.

    For example: $25 gift card purchase amount, with a 20% off discount. Used the gift card to purchase a tumbler (retail price is $22.99), including $1.93 in tax which comes out to $24.92. They made a profit of $18.07.

  10. A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.

    Super useful for managers to be aware of things and not manually sift through visual data.

    More advanced filters that would require limited about of machine learning would be:

  17. It would be great to have a record of all appointments even if they are rescheduled on our or their end. This could be done by keeping a record of alerts, reminders, and other messages sent to the client in the "messages" section of the clients record.

  19. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  20. If more information was presented on the popup for appts (and maybe only completed ones) then you wouldnt even have to go to the order to review for certain things.

    I would add a line item price next to each name (so one new column) and then show the gratuity on completed orders. Then you could quicky review a whole days orders without actually having to leave the calendar or frnot desk view.

    Another option would be having the "view order" go to a slide out, always on top screen like the new appointments/checkout. And i would reiterate my suggestion…
