  1. To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile

    Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws

  2. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

  4. I noticed people tipped exponentially more when our systems were down and they werent prompted by the precentages at checkout. Maybe instead of 18, 20 and 22% we had 20, 25 and 30 and if people wanted to tip less they would have to enter it manually?

  5. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

    I switched to BLVD a year ago after a decade with booker. I made the switch because I needed some of the features that boulevard offers that booker didn't. BUT IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH IN BUSINESS.     Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.


    On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients.   6. Would like the ability to TURN off online booking for any staff that has a time block. Marking it as unavailable so that certain services with the double booking option are also still blocked for online booking

  7. Visually, its hard to see the names and the whole calender. Can we have presets where we can make the words on appointments and icons bigger without compromising the whole view

  11. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  13. Please add the length of a client's appointment to their email confirmation, where they can already see the start time. Adding an end time would be helpful so they aren't surprised at how long the service will take!

  14. It would be awesome, especially with the new photo mark-up capabilities to be able to upload multiple photos to a chart at once. Currently what have 10 individual photo upload boxes on all our charts to be able to gather all the necessary angles and priority areas. It's very time consuming and in consistent. Now that mark-up is here, It would be phenomenal if this was the next issue tackled to really come full circle when it comes to photos in the charts!

  15. I would love to be able to use clients' account credits towards their monthly membership fee. Currently there is no way to do this without cancelling the membership fee and redoing the entire sale/membership.

  17. we dose medical weight loss medication by units. We have inventory coming into the clinic by the 10's of thousands. When putting in a purchase order, you can only put 9999 units in. we need more flexibility to enter 40,000 if we need. one purchase order would be nice verses 4 lol. Thanks!

  18. Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  19. This would be a game changer! We get lots of inspiration photos for services. Right now the front desk has to text the photos to the stylist and it is hard for them to keep track. Would be nice to be able to attach a photo to the clients appointment or even in their profile "notes". How cool would that be! We could have a log of all their photos in one place. I saw Boulevard added photos when completing forms and charts...but that's not where we want inspo photos for their service specifically.

  20. It would be SO useful if we could hide or deactivate tags without completely deleting them. We have so many old tags on client profiles because there's a chance they might be useful later and so we don't want to completely delete them, but most of the time they are just cluttering profiles and appointments.
