  4. Blvd reverts back to today's date when you switch between locations but it would be very helpful if it stayed on the date that you were looking at since we're trying to find an appointment at either location for a specific day

  5. We have a lot of client's who's entire family uses the salon. It would be helpful to have them all connect to one profiles payment method, contact info, etc. but still have their own individual names. We currently just make separate profiles for each of them, but then when you're messaging the phone number sometimes is automatically associated with the child instead of the adult. Also, when checking out, it's hard to charge the card on file when it's under the parent's profile but not the child's. We have some work arounds, but there's got to be a way to…

  11. Many of these have extra terms and it would be best if businesses could force that we have the client's total information and a functioning payment method on file, which would be guaranteed by shifting sale of these items to online only.

  12. Loyalty points are considered a discount in BLVD, and commissions are always based on the net sale (post-discount). **

    loyalty points should not be taken from the Commission of the technician ... Commission should be based on the gross sale pre discount

  14. Current Process:

    Group checkout:

    • move forward with closing out a guest, or dragging the name to Completed
    • Minimize window & drag separate clients name into the minimized checkout window. This will add the client to the checkout, now you could perform a group checkout.

    Possible Idea:

    When a client will be checked out, the checkout window will have an option under "Services" that may say "Add client to checkout". Clicking this option will bring up the list of current clients.
