Business level control over notification types, how delivered, for what things, and whether it can be user adjusted.
Similar to how services are set/customized per staff and type; the options being:
Client booked appt requested, client booked appt non-requested, Requested appt moved into schedule, non-requested appt moved out of schedule, appt moved within day, appt moved to another day, appt cancelled for request, appt cancelled for non-request, appt booked along with guest, appt booked on behalf of, service/addon added, service/addon removed, recurring appt created, recurring appt removed, daily roster of appts.And ability to set notifications locked to push on/off, email on/off, SMS on/off.
Ability to control whether each type of these notifications are done only for activity…

Send Forms After Appointment
I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

invoice for missed appointments
having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

Inventory Adjustment Reasons
Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

Factor in Business Charges with commission swap
There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

Ability to enter in a GC expiration date
The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

Inventory Customization View/Button to hide disabled products
For the adjust quantities option: I'd like to be able to change or delete the ones that don't get used often.
- The ones I use most are "usage" but that isn't very specific. I'd like to be able to denote if the product got pulled for use on back bar or for a class for example.For the disabled product- There is never a time I want to see them after they've been disabled unless I am turning them back on. So it becomes a little tedious to need to toggle them off every time I want to condense…

Offer codes to apply for all membership renewals
If a client gets a discount on their membership using an offer code, there should be the ability for that offer code to apply each renewal and the client continues to get the membership at a discounted rate

Consistent UI for products sections
Small detail, but the products section in the gear tab has filters for Brands, Categories, Status. The products section in the manage location tab has Categories, Brands, Status.
Swapping categories and brands in one of the places would be great (preferably in the gear tab). I find myself clicking in the wrong one to filter when I am in the gear tab because they are swapped.

Search feature in Suppliers section
We need a central place to save contacts and then in the locked section we like to save login details that only Admins can see. I want to save more contacts in here and then be able to search by their name, etc.

Product Recommendations via the BLVD Staff App
It would be great to have an option for a staff member to clicks a client profile in the BLVD app, pick a product they like and push it to the desk. When the client checks out a pop up appears and it says what product their technician used. You can add it now on the web version but would be better to have it come from the BLVD staff app.

Unlink add-ons to a service
The add-ons are great IF you never have to change anything on the appt! If you need to change say the first service, for example single process, the gloss add-on will be removed! Then you following service is moved up, so you have to retype the gloss, and then re-add the last service ( and you better remember if it was a blow out or a haircut, cause it's gone, and we all know we are always juggling several things at the front desk!)
So please unlink the add-ons to another service, so we can easily make changes. Thanks2 votes
