  1. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  4. Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

  5. Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

  7. We want to run different promos where the discount is higher for more money spent. There should be a way that we implement a rule that says that code is only good when spending x amount of money like BF2023 10% off up to $250 and 20% off from $250-500... etc.

  9. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  10. we need a report that shows patient conversion. if they book a consultation, which services were booked post consultation. Also conversion between esthetic to medical and vice versa.

    Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.

  15. Similar to how services are set/customized per staff and type; the options being:
    Client booked appt requested, client booked appt non-requested, Requested appt moved into schedule, non-requested appt moved out of schedule, appt moved within day, appt moved to another day, appt cancelled for request, appt cancelled for non-request, appt booked along with guest, appt booked on behalf of, service/addon added, service/addon removed, recurring appt created, recurring appt removed, daily roster of appts.

    And ability to set notifications locked to push on/off, email on/off, SMS on/off.

    Ability to control whether each type of these notifications are done only for activity…

  18. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  19. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

  20. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.
