  4. Reporting shown in graphs and pie charts. Comparison bar charts that compare service sales from current to the past 2 years. Also, membership comparison charts on a year to year basis. A Pie chart with the different services sold and customized dates. They are so much easier to read at a quick glance!

  12. I sell a lot of vouchers and customers like to add the tip at the time of voucher purchase so they don't have to do anything when they redeem. If I don't get a prepaid tip, most often my providers don't get a tip on these voucher redemptions. I have to track this in google sheets now....

  13. On the checkout you can add a voucher to a giftcard, but you can't create a voucher giftcard and make it for sale online. Needs to be consistent.

  15. I want to be able to add a 30% upcharge for weekend appointments or if a stylist comes in super early or stays late as a surcharge/convenience fee. Currently, you can only discount a percentage. I had to create a whole new category with redundant services, and it's messing with my reports.

  19. Feature Idea:
    A report for booking data. Would like to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week/how many appts. are being booked (not how many appointments are on the books).

    Context:
    Our marketing team is trying to figure out which advertisements are working to get clients scheduled, or if there is any correlation at all to our ads or time of year. Having this report would help us line up how many clients we got scheduled based on the ad we are running each week.

  20. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful
