Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. Product should have default POS amount. Dont always start at 1 always but default 5 , 25 or 100. .

I need clients to be able to sign a membership contract *before* they purchase a membership in the overlay.!
Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.
A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

Scheduling Alert Email Notification
We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

Direct Link to Book Specific Stylists
Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.
It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).

Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. Lock down client filters for marketing for franchisees
only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

Slack integration for blvd help chat
This would be instrumental in helping businesses that have staff all over the place work together alongside Blvd in-house support. I'm thinking that the Blvd helpchat (bot or person) can communicate with the slack channels for Blvd businesses. Advantages include, does not require full instance of dashboard to ask for help, can have group chats and bring other staff in so that multiple operators can get the solutions from Helpchat without having to copy/paste and screenshot things to each other, provides service providers who never use dashboard to get a way to seek assistance on using features.

Bulk actions for waitlists
Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. "Skip First Term Voucher" to be a membership setting rather than at checkout
All memberships sold at the business should be skipping the first term voucher, so manually checking this at each sale leaves too much room for error and potential revenue lost if giving a voucher away accidentally. Having the ability to indicate that any time X membership is sold, the first term voucher should be skipped, would be extremely helpful

late cancellation/ no show appointment with no card on file
there should be a way to track if they owe money for an appointment they late cancelled or no showed and the card on file declined or wasnt present. like a negative account balance where in order to book there account must be brought up to date first.
