  2. Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

  4. When I export the Product Commission Report (by pdf, .csv, or .xls) it puts every stylists on their own separate page or tab! Maybe some people like it that way, but I don't. Please add a report option to either run it by page, or run it continuous. As it is now, I have to manually highlight the info on my screen and then re-size my window and then right-click to print! Annoying.

  5. Be able to receive faxes so lab reports can be automatically added to patient's charts without having to scan them and attach to document.

  6. Vitals section that is persistent for each visit that is easily viewed and able to show record of previous vitals values (weight, BMI, BP, etc) from each visit.

  8. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  9. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.

  12. There should be alerts when membership charges don't process via the bell notifications. It's cumbersome to have to remember to look at past due memberships in the "memberships" section of the gear icon. Time is of the essence for addressing billing issues. Front desk employees often dismiss the open orders where it declined and there's no alert or obvious label on that open order about how it's a membership charge that declined and needs to be addressed.

  14. When staff requests off in advance we put them as unavailable several months before we schedule. Once we update the schedule it overrides those unavailable placements we already put in place, and then they get scheduled during those times.

  15. We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

  17. The new Send and close button can be handy in some situations. But Muscle memory has me finishing my message, pressing "tab" twice, and pressing "enter" I end up closing the message and wondering what happened.

    Swapping the buttons would be very beneficial for the ingrained muscle memory while not losing the close feature.

  18. Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  20. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.
