  1. Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

  3. There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.

  5. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  6. Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

  7. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

  12. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  14. Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.

    I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

  15. Please allow clients to cancel from their reminder!!! This isn't new technology, our old lame software offered this option. It's so much easier and faster than the current options for canceling

  16. We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.

  17. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.
