Time of Day Color Coding
Some of our providers have dedicated times for types of appointments and it would be helpful to have those parts of shifts a different color

Book provider while patient is with medical assistant
If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

more flexibility for non admins
I’m a franchisee that uses this platform. I would like it if BLVD had an option where I can use the gear tab and marketing tab freely. If I were to have this tab now I am able to see sensitive information regarding other locations. I just want to send things out at my own discretion. It would be nice if the gear and marketing tabs were more flexible.

Add chartrs to a patient's file without it being attached to an appointment.
There are times where our injectors need to add notes for a patient that's unrelated to a specific appointment (i.e. ordering medications or a phone call follow up). With how it's set up now, its difficult to attach forms and we have to go into a previous appointment and chart through there.

Create a way to export products
Create a way to export our lists of products. If we can export them all in a spreadsheet, it will allow us to more easily transfer the products in bulk. this could be used to go to our shopify store for example.

"All Locations" selections to honor newly added locations (staff profile, forms settings)
"All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

filter for unassigned product sales under the sales tab
simple filter under the sales tab so you can see any products or services sold without being assigned to a service provider. 3 times now a stylist sold a product but it was not assigned to them and commission was not given to them.

Darken the unavailable hours on the calendar (instead of white)
By accident, staff can easily book an appointment manually on the schedule with the white background on the calendar. Please let us choose a color for the unavailable hours. Black would be ideal because it is so different from the light background colors of the staff's available hours. Thanks!

watch customer
The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:

Set default employee communications settings for new staff profiles
New employees have the same exact comms settings as existing ones. Being able to set a default instead of updating the toggles every time a new staff profile is made would be more efficient.

better booking flow for multi location businesses.
Acquiring clients are VERY expensive. Sometimes people only check the first location in the toggle and blvds looking flow is very ridged and hard to get things in and out of the cart as well as understand what you are booking (it sometimes jumps to the next avail rather than showing it is booked)
We really need a message or a way to navigate to the next location so we do not lose the client who is shopping. When something is booked, the booking flow for multi locations should have the message to check the other location, at the very…2 votes -
Logo identification between sites
We have two locations, although under the Manage tab for each location we have a different logo, which also shows up on the booking widget, it does not show up in the console when you toggle to a different location. It seems to default to the main global logo instead of the per site one. It is hard sometimes to know what site you are looking at because the logo is the same for both.

Staff booking notifications for all
As the owner I would like the option to see all booking notifications/reschedules/cancellations for all my staff, right now it is on an individual basis so I can only see my own notifications.

We should be able to do the compare function and then send the photo directly to the client from Boulevard.
