  1. The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.

    Examples:
    1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
    2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
    3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.

  3. Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

  4. I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.

  5. We would love to see a reservation number added to each appointment and make them searchable, much like an order number. This is a very easy way to look up specific details for our guests. It would be best if we could also book multiple reservations or bookings under a single reservation number for groups and parties as well.

Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  8. It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for.   11. Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pm

    We need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm

    Using time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.

  16. If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

  17. Blvd uses some fancy language which can make reading things complicated. For example, the Tips Commission report. Tips are gratuities, not commission/ To me this is a hard line that the language needs to be changed for.

    I also think (but am not clear) that the Sales Per Order on the Sales Breakdown report is the Average Ticket, but it only includes the average service ticket? I would love to specifically see columns called Gross Average Ticket and Net Average Ticket that includes both the service and product sales totals divided by number of sales. This is how you value…

  20. There are times where our injectors need to add notes for a patient that's unrelated to a specific appointment (i.e. ordering medications or a phone call follow up). With how it's set up now, its difficult to attach forms and we have to go into a previous appointment and chart through there.
