  3. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

  4. I would like the ability to assign certain take home products to certain services. Similar to how the system shows rebooking options at checkout, I would like it to suggest to the staff take home products that are set. An example would be I set for the blonding service to suggest a purple shampoo. The client may not see this, but it pops up for the staff to see and then suggest. It would help them remember to discuss take home.

  5. New clients -> did they book another appointment -> which clients did v which clients didn’t.

    Run another report -> which clients had a consultation -> which clients booked an appointment after that specific consultation

  8. Please add a little pencil after the promo code line...the way it is it is not recognized by anyone over 20 as a field that is editable. People do not read. It has to be a place that looks like you can put things. It currently does not. Any time we run a promo our older folks are super confused.

  16. We would love to add a tab in the Staff section after the Compensation tab that allows us to add in any certifications our stylists have obtained and when they expire. This could include their state board certifications and outside education certifications. Keeping this information in their profile in Boulevard would alleviate the need for a third program to track this information.

  17. All packages need to show up at checkout. For ex, if a client has a gorgeous glow package, but wants a rapid, the gorgeous glow doesn't show up. It would be helpful to see all packages.
