  3. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  4. Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

  5. Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

  6. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  9. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

  13. Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

  15. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

  17. When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.

    The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.

    This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate

  19. Would like the option to add a preferred, and secondary provider to each client profile, for the purpose of scheduling, or rescheduling. If this could show up as abbreviations such as PP (preferred provider) or SP (secondary provider) on the calendar, that would be extremely helpful.

  20. it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.

    It would also be super handy to have the prices shown on the service list without having to open each individual service. And then also to be…
