  1. We are currently using the business charge. We would like a report that separates this charge from the service totals in a report so the stylists can see the actual amount they are being paid on. This would be ideal in Mobile app as well.

  2. I would love to see an itemized report for products and services, listing the order(clickable to go right to that order is needed), number, products purchased/services, guests name and service provider. And then making it customized to be able to select the whole company or just one stylist.

  3. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

  4. When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future

  5. Since we can't have the forms filled out by clients auto-populate the client's profile, could we have the client's profile auto-populate the form? This would save time for everyone and be a nice convenience.

    If there is a change made to any of the contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) a notice or flag could be added the client's account so we know something needs to be changed.

  7. Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

  9. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

  10. Ability to add products into the checkout window to account for inventory without it showing on the client's receipt. Example, adding needles, tubes, etc. for injection services into the checkout window so that the inventory will automatically adjust but the client won't see that on their receipt.

  13. We have three locations in California and one in Indiana. We carry the same products in both states, but because of the different regions we have two separate distributors. Wholesale pricing is a little bit different for each one. We would like the option to open up the product description at the Indiana location and check a box for "This location has a custom wholesale price." Similar to the options for "custom price" and "custom tax rate." This would greatly help our CPA with the accuracy of our spending reports at the end of the year.

  14. If I remember correctly, the "New Sale" button was at the far right of the sales screen. It moved to a more central location when I logged in this morning. For consistency with the "new appointment" button, it should be moved to the far right of the screen. I also preferred the blue color as it made it easier to find, now it kind of blends in with the surroundings.

  16. It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.

  17. Would love if offers could still be applied to the appointment at booking online if the appointment total is $0. Our most popular treatments are product usage based so will show as $0 on the booking page. Currently if the total is $0 at booking, patients are not given the opportunity to enter an offer. This not only becomes really tedious in our clinics adding these codes manually but also skews reporting for our marketing team.

    Hey folks! Thank you for your feedback! We have not added this functionality for all offers yet, but we did build this functionality into our new client referral program.


    When a new client receives a referral link from one of your existing clients, they can book a $0 service with the discount code automatically saved to the appointment. When they get to check-out, the discount code is applied to their order at the end of the appointment, allowing them to enjoy a first-visit discount without manually entering the code.
