automatically delete vouchers when they expire
any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

Honor membership billing terms
Have the platform honor membership terms - if "this membership cancels in a year" - offer an END DATE & stop billing after that date is hit.

Create a way to export products
Create a way to export our lists of products. If we can export them all in a spreadsheet, it will allow us to more easily transfer the products in bulk. this could be used to go to our shopify store for example.

Refer a friend
Your client portal is difficult to navigate with the new refer a friend. Once they sign in it should be write on the front page. It says make an appt. and then gift card. It should be refer a friend directly under that. You have them look at past appts. Then they have to get a code. Then click on their name. And then .... see refer a friend. LORD. Make this more user friendly. My older clients will absolutely not do this.

Permission: Modify voucher expiration date
Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

Improved patient check out experience
You check out processing is outdated and clunky. Having a front desk is outdated here in CA and we are moving toward a more patient friendly operational experience for the patient in which they stay where they are and we come to them for a mobile check out experience. Your competition, Mangomint is already doing this. Not having the ability for 1 device for check out- clinic provider phone or just an iPad needs to be looked at. Be able to make clients inactive/removed from list
We have patients that get scheduled, never show up and are never actually seen in the office, and we can't get them out of our client list. Should have a feature that they can be made inactive, invisible or able to delete them all together.

Sync BLVD Product Adds to Shopify
MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

Deleting the "book next appt" button in emailed receipt if you don't offer on-line booking
In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

Voice to text - especially in the chat feature
Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

Placing a transaction on hold
Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

Staff booking notifications for all
As the owner I would like the option to see all booking notifications/reschedules/cancellations for all my staff, right now it is on an individual basis so I can only see my own notifications.

Client data import
I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

We should have the ability to have different quantities of products between multiple locations so all the inventory across our business is in sync.

Duplication of elements on forms right where you are
Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

Simplify commission-free employee services
This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:
- Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
- Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
- Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients
This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.
