  1. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  4. I know there is probably a lot of technicalities to this, so perhaps this is a pipe dream.

    Set up; target for what % utilization is acceptable, if less than a set %, reduce hours to a threshold, if more than a set %, increase hours to a threshold. Set minimum hours and maximum hours per day (business choice and also remind to comply with labor laws).

    Also 24 hours notice prior, your shift on Friday is set to start at 10a instead of 9a due to no appointment scheduled by the deadline.

  5. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  6. Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  19. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  20. Would like the option of removing the promo code field from online booking. The way your system is set up if i do an general $25 off the ticket it gets applied to very service item which isnt our promotion. so i do not want them to think there is a promo code when booking online since they have to come in for the promo code.
