Allow access in the BLVD check in application to access forms without checking in
It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

Give users the ability to log out remote sessions
Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

Letting the employee choose to ask for tip or not
There are some services we offer that require little to no effort from our staff (ex. Sauna or Normatec sessions, compared to other services like massage). It feels awkward asking for a tip for such simple services. I would love to have the choice on whether or not to ask the client for tip, like a box we can check or uncheck before we initiate the checkout process.

Gift card balance when checking out
We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!

Client data export
Right now you only get name and email for client export, what if I wanted to pull out the addresses of all my clients so I could analyze my business to see where most of my clients are coming from?

Client Order History
When you go to the history tab in the client profile and scroll down to the Order History - it would help to be able to see if the Sale Total is a credit or a debit

Commission Totals included on Mobile App
The business said the current service totals is misleading on the mobile app because it is a lesser number when vouchers are applied as those service as a discount to the service. The provider is however paid commission off the service list price. The % owed to the provider is not seen in the mobile app at this time making them think they have made less then they really have.

Staff Members Should Have the Option to Unlink Social Profiles
Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.

Encourage returning clients to log in for gift card purchases
Clients purchasing gift cards accidentally create duplicate profiles due to using different information for the gift card purchase than what is on their existing client profile. It'd be great if returning clients could be encouraged to log in before purchase to curb the amount of duplicate profiles that get created.

Set limits for specific start times of appointments.
Settings to control set start times for appointments. For example appointments can only start on the hour at 9am, 10am ect...

Keep no-shows & late cancels on the books for utilization purposes
When we no show a client or they late cancel, it's removed from the service providers books. That effects their utilization. Preferably it would stay on the books (if there isn't time to get another client in here) and be checked out as late or no show with or without a fee. Also, if it was color coded differently to accentuate it on the schedule, that would be ideal.

Remove service name from appointment reminder/notification to preserve privacy
It'd be great if BLVD could implement a way to allow us to remove certain (or all) service names from showing in appointment reminders and notifications as we provide some services that clients would like to keep private as much as possible. Thank you!

Daily summary report
Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.
