    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.

  6. since boulevard does not show all times available, it would be nice if in the mean time, there could be a note that says please contact the business for more available times

  7. Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

  8. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  10. It would be nice if the system was smart enough to apply a 90-minute voucher to a 60-minute appointment and then have a 30-minute remainder. On the same topic, it would be very convenient if the system was smart enough to know that if a client has a voucher in their account that could be used to partially pay for a service that you would be given the option to do so. It something isn't exactly the same price then potential payment options are ignored.

  11. I am trying to set up the quickbooks integration but there is NO TRAINING. quickbooks knows nothing and I can't get anyone on the phone to help to understand any of it. I was with my book keeper for two hours trying to figure it out.

  12. Currently, the only way to block off for a holiday is to put individual blocks or change availability for staff individually. This is very time consuming for a large salon. Would be great if we could set the holidays for the year under management. Thanks!

  14. when a customer does not show up is there a way to mark the appointment that the patient did not show up? or have the system automatically identify that appointment as a no show and charge them

  15. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  16. When a client is coming in for multiple appointments in a single day and those appointments are linked.. if they decide to cancel one single service, the system cancels all of the appointments that were linked together instead of allowing you to cancel just one of the services in the group.

  17. Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

  18. Either Allow Add-On Services to be Grouped under Custom Labels and min/max option per category, and/ or Allow Custom Pricing for Modifiers based on the stylist selected.
